"Trusted Cloud Operations with Automation and Peace that Everyone Needed"
What do you like best about AWS Managed Services (AMS) Integration App?

During the Trial Phase, I observed that AWS Managed Services Integration App has an command over automated routine cloud operations. I mean to say like patching, backups and monitoring are the heart of it. Those attributes help me to reduce my manual effort, lowering the chances of errors and infact gives me clear visibility as well. Additionally AWS integration makes it more perfect as managing multiple accounts became easier and much reliable. Since this was a trial experience so i cannot provide any logged in screenshot. What do you dislike about AWS Managed Services (AMS) Integration App?

I agreed the AWS Integration App has everything perfect but there is some thing that needs improvement. More specifically its workflow seems rigid at the time when quick changes are needed. Although Automation works well but approval process sometimes slow down or can be said as a experimental task. Rmemeber this experience is totally based on my trial basis. "Streamlined AWS Operations with Powerful Integration"
What do you like best about AWS Managed Services (AMS) Integration App?

I really appreciate how the AWS Managed Services (AMS) Integration App simplifies AWS management. It feels like having a streamlined operations system that just works, letting teams focus on innovation rather than routine tasks. The automation and integration capabilities save a ton of time and reduce effort. AMS Integration App plays nicely with a bunch of other AWS services and third-party tools, which really helps to streamline workflows and make everything talk to each other seamlessly. The automated patching, backup, and security compliance are big benefits for teams looking to simplify their AWS management. Plus, having AWS experts on hand is a huge plus. What do you dislike about AWS Managed Services (AMS) Integration App?

Honestly, while AMS Integration App is super powerful, there are a few areas where it could improve. Some users find the initial setup and configuration to be a bit complex, and the cost can add up, especially for smaller teams or projects. Plus, there might be some limitations when integrating with non-AWS tools or services. Also, some folks might wish for more customizable dashboards or more granular control over certain features. "Streamline AWS Operation Seamlessly"
What do you like best about AWS Managed Services (AMS) Integration App?

The most helpful thing about AWS Managed Services (AMS) Integration App is how it centralizes our AWS operation in one place. The interface is intuitive and straightforward, so i can quickly track incidents, changes and service requests without hopping between tools. Getting it up and running was smooth and the support team was always ready to guide me whenever i had questions. I use it few times a week and the range of features makes managing everything from incidents to service requests much easier. Integration with our excising workflows is seamless which saves times and make AWS operations more reliable and efficient overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AWS Managed Services (AMS) Integration App?

There isn't much to dislike, but if i had to point out something, it would be that some advanced features take a bit time to fully understand in the beginning. The dashboard cam feel slightly overwhelming until you get used t o it. Also occasional delays happen when syncing certain updates, which sometimes slow things down. These aren't major issues and once you get familiar with the system, it becomes easier to navigate and manage smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Infrastructure Backbone with Minimal Downtime"
What do you like best about AWS Managed Services (AMS) Integration App?

In the 7 years I have used this service with two clients. I have found that these are what I like about the software service:

Reliability & Uptime – AWS has a reputation for keeping systems running with very little downtime. For companies, that kind of stability is gold.

Scalability – You can start small and grow to global scale without switching platforms. That elasticity is one of their biggest selling points.

Breadth of Services – From compute and storage to machine learning and IoT, AWS has a tool for just about every tech need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AWS Managed Services (AMS) Integration App?

My two clients struggled with the complexity of the pricing structure. I agree with them. As a Project Manager who has to be very budget conscious, the bill can feel like solving a riddle. Costs scale fast if you’re not monitoring closely and that takes a lot of human capital resources to monitor it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Managed Cloud Platform for Enterprise Workloads"
What do you like best about AWS Managed Services (AMS) Integration App?

AMS makes it easier to manage, monitor, and maintain AWS infrastructure without worrying about deep internal configurations. The automated patching, security, and compliance features save us a lot of time and keep our workloads reliable. It integrates well with other AWS services, and the support team is also helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AWS Managed Services (AMS) Integration App?

AMS can feel a bit restrictive for developers who are used to full control over AWS services. Custom configurations sometimes require ticketing instead of self-service, which delays things. Pricing is also higher compared to managing AWS manually, especially for smaller workloads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless ServiceNow-AWS Integration, Though a Bit Process-Heavy for Agile Teams"
What do you like best about AWS Managed Services (AMS) Integration App?

What I liked best about it was how it connected ServiceNow with AWS operations, allowing incidents, change requests, and deployments to flow automatically between the two systems.

At Twoosk, this meant we could manage our AWS infrastructure directly through familiar ServiceNow workflows, reducing manual work, improving visibility and ensuring every operational action was logged and compliant. It turned what used to be a fragmented DevOps process into one well-governed pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AWS Managed Services (AMS) Integration App?

The main dislike was that it sometimes felt overly rigid and process-heavy, especially for teams used to agile or lightweight deployment methods Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
