User-friendly Affiliate Marketing Tool **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Katie L. | Associate Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2025 **What do you like best about Awin?** I find Awin is generally pretty easy to use, so even if you are new to the network, it doesn't take a long time to figure out. Another aspect I love about it, is the ability to schedule commission increases/decreases over time. Some other affiliate networks don't allow you to schedule multiple CPA changes for one publisher and you have to wait until the first scheduled change is in effect, before you can schedule the next one. The fact that I can do this on Awin makes things much easier, especially during holiday breaks when I am not online to make adjustments. I am also able to make last minute changes to commission rates without needed much lead time. Lastly, in my experience, their customer support is pretty quick. I needed to have an adjustment made to a client name and they made the fix within several minutes of me making the request. **What do you dislike about Awin?** I would say my main flaw with Awin is it does seem to time-out relatively quick if I am not actively using it, so I do have to sign back often. I do use it several times a day, but I may work on something else for a little, and when I come back, it will be signed out. With that being said, it doesn't take very long to login. **What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?** While managing my client, many situations can arise that require me to use Awin. If I am working with a publisher and need to offer them a commission increase fast, Awin allows me to push them new terms on the same day, which is not always the case. This is especially helpful if there is a misunderstanding and I have added them to the wrong commission group. Like I mentioned before, another huge problem that Awin solves is if I secure a placement package that has several different CPA terms back to back, it is very easy to go into the network once and schedule all of the changes and know that they will go into effect on time. For example, over the Thanksgiving Holiday, publishers offer several different CPA rates for Cash back events that change daily with Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Thanks to the Awin commission scheduler, I can set up all of the changes before going out of office and do not have to worry about making adjustments over the break. Lastly, Awin makes it easy to track program and publisher performance so that I can see how my client is performing and can make more informed decisions on what optimizations I want to do moving forward. **Official Response from Carina Aiordachioae:** > Hi Katie, We truly appreciate your positive feedback!
