They make it easy for both the brand and the affiliates to make an educated decision on whether or not the partnership is a good fit. It was so easy to implement and integrate into our systems. Customer support is usually helpful. **What do you dislike about Awin?** They system does feel a little clunky. It's not always the most intuitive. There are some things nestled in the menu that you have to hunt for. There are also features that they do not have that would be so helpful, like being able to pay commissions on a card instead of through ACH. Sometimes I need to be able to pay quickly and having to submit an ACH payment slows down that process. **What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Awin helps me easily track sales and commissions to my affiliate partners. We were using another platform before that wasn't as robust and tended to over-attribute sales from my affiliates.
