I do not like the way that I have to upload creative (banners) into the system. When I batch upload I have to do it all in an Excel doc that is complicated. I would prefer that I can just upload it directly into the system. On other affiliate networks I can just upload banners directly into the system, without having to do any extra work like submitting all the things into the Excel doc. I like the vast amount of publishers that use Awin's network. It saves us a lot of time; if we were to approach all the publishers independently, it would be weeks of work. Some of the user experience within the system takes a little bit of getting used to. Speaking to the publishers via Awin can sometimes be complex. We can invite publishers to our campaign/programs, but many times they just don't respond. I used to use share-a-sale. The SAS platform was scary! Not user friendly at all. In AWIN, the reports are well organized and easy to read with visual graphs. I think the dashboard is very user-friendly for both the affiliate and the publisher. Everything's quite quick, simple, and easy to do. Then I also really like the account management, which for my program specifically is absolutely brilliant. I can't fault it—it's like having an extra few members of the team. List of publishers on their platform is extensive which includes sub-networks as well, so you have higher visibility without needing to integrate codes from multiple platforms. Apart from that, once we have it set up e.g. uploaded promotional assets, setting up automated emails to affiliates including coupons, guidelines etc. .... then you just bring in new publishers either using their network of publishers or through inviting them through your marketing campaigns. So, you can start marketing your affiliate program, and start with leveraging other people's audience.
