The only real issue I have with Aweber is the way that they report stats. If you're trying to track month-to-month subscriber growth/subscriber loss, you may run into issues (as I did). After talking to support, I guess the issue comes from the fact that Aweber reports unsubscribers as subscribers for some reason.
