aweber has problems sending information, where email addresses have to be related in a secure way. However, getting started has been terribly hard. Many of their videos get you to a certain point--and then there is an upgrade or something that makes it different than what is shown. I also find it overwhelming to set up everything at once, and needed a much clearer do step A, then this is B. Instead, I get started on A... realize that, actually, I need to also set up C... then loop back to A and almost get to B when I find that there was something potentially great in D....
