I think the price is good, and have switched away from Constant Contact because of this. However, getting started has been terribly hard. Many of their videos get you to a certain point--and then there is an upgrade or something that makes it different than what is shown. I also find it overwhelming to set up everything at once, and needed a much clearer do step A, then this is B. Instead, I get started on A... realize that, actually, I need to also set up C... then loop back to A and almost get to B when I find that there was something potentially great in D....
