It's cheap compared to other tools but I wouldn't say it's a competitive advantage in their case. You can use it for a very basic tracking that doesn't require accuracy, which I don't think any business actually needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simply terrible customer support. The tool is limited, some mentions are not there and have to be added manually (you have to track that yourself), some can't even be added manually. The whole point of having a tool to track mentions for you is kind of lost. The reporting is incorrect – you never have accurate data for a specific period (fresh mentions for this month can be found and not reflected in the SOV report for this period, no way to fix that). You can’t track things properly, and the support manager Dmitriy is the worst person I’ve ever communicated with. Rude, not there to help.
