"Great Customer Service and Very User-Friendly"

What do you like best about AwardSpring?

I love that AwardSpring is able to automatically apply students to scholarships for which they qualify. This simplifies the awarding process so much. Also, AwardSpring has amazing customer service. Whenever I ask a question, they respond almost immediately and are able to create any type of report I ask. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AwardSpring?

I wish we could create our own reports, but utilizing their customer service is not a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are looking for a company that will help you take your paper scholarships to an online platform, they will help you every step of the way and make it easy for anyone to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AwardSpring solving and how is that benefiting you?

We moved our scholarship process from paper to online. We have seen a significant increase in the number of students who apply (from 300 to over 500). Also, it helps tremendously with matching qualified students to scholarships in which they meet the criteria. With over 130 scholarship funds, this process usually took days to complete, but now can be done much quicker! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AwardSpring?

We are in early stages of using AwardSpring but it has made selecting students that are most qualified for scholarships much easier than the manual process we had been using.

The customer service is also wonderful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AwardSpring?

The most pressing dislike at the moment is an inability to mass import donor info, and I wish you could go back and it would bring you back to the last viewed page and not all the way back to the main page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AwardSpring?

It is great to have an automated scholarship program. I love the fact that I can go back and look at applications even after the review time has closed. The whole process saves numerous man hours in our scholarship awarding process by matching scholarship criteria with eligible applicants. I also like to see what has already been offered to an applicant if they qualify for more than one scholarship. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AwardSpring?

I wish that I could select multiple reviewers for a group of applicants at the same time instead of each reviewer individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
