The software is integrated into the Southwest Gas Corporation software of the corresponding program that is offering it. For example, it's integrated/associated to our Safety program software which allows employees to document activities performed that align with our Safety program as well as our Kudos program software which allows employees to recognize one another for accomplishments. Without being real computer savvy, it is very intuitive to me. I've only had to request Customer Support once and the assistance was quick and helpful and resolved the issue I was having. I don't have the patience to wait to build up enough rewards for higher priced items so I'm very frequently using the Awardco application and would stand a better chance of acquiring the higher valued items if my rewards could be combined. **What do you dislike about Awardco?** My company, Southwest Gas Corporation, uses Awardco for multiple recognition programs. I participate in all programs that are offered as I think this is a fabulous way to recognize employees while keeping them engaged in the goals and values of the company. However, we are not able to combine the rewards from those programs for use. This would be very useful to combine allowing more selection of products/awards through the programs. The other thing I have noticed, is the items to select are not the same as selecting from a personal Amazon account but rather seem to be a subset of those items. **What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me reduce my spending on household items. It allows me to purchase items that I would not otherwise be able to and it give me the satisfaction of knowing I was able to purchase something based on actions that align with my company's goals. ### 19. It's really easy to add stuff to it, but it's hard to get back to it in a sensible way. So I guess a better search engine on what items you can get. It's just a little bit clunky as far as finding items and the sheer amount of categories is a lot, but I guess it's for people to have choice. And if you’re someone like me, who isn’t in a position to help out very often, the chances of ever reaching that many points are slim to none.
