There are several pages, such as Intraday staffing and group allowance, that take forever to load. While it isn't much, you are provided a small monetary amount each month that gives you the opportunity to pick a coworker to give a small amount of points to and a reason say something positive about them. You have a variety of options to withdrawal the earned points from the platform which are turned into a monetary amount. Some are limited to a minimum amount of points that you can withdrawal, but many do not have a minimum. A large number of options to redeem your points for are gift cards, which I feel are a good option. Depending on the gift card you select, you are limited on what you can use it for, but there's enough options you'll likely be able to find something you can use. **What do you dislike about Awardco?** I found some parts of the interface to be confusing if you're given funds that only work within a certain store. It totals the limited points with the total amount of regular points you've earned, but you can't use them the same way as the other points. In addition, when I did have an issue, I had some trouble in contacting customer service. I'm not sure if maybe they were delayed due to the holiday, but once they did get back to me I was happy how they handled the situation overall. The platform's pretty intuitive overall otherwise. **What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?** Awardco solves an unspoken issue of giving credit to others when they deserve it for doing a good job. There are many scenarios where we are happy with some small task another person's done and you just don't have a good place to give them credit for it. This platform solves that issue by creating a place to say something positive while providing a small monetary incentive to do so. It provides motivation to do a good job and lets you praise others for doing a good job. ### 43.
