My experience was super easy and enjoy the Rewards aspect. Would be willing to review again, if given another opportunity! Awardco is flexible, highly customizable, very easy to use, and has great support resources on the admin side. The implementation process was well organized and managed. Reporting is comprehensive, flexible, simple, and allows for custom scheduled reports to be delivered. When I have suggestions about "wish list" features, they listen and I've seen some implemented. It is great to see so many daily recognitions from our employees on the feed, and really helps tell stories that reinforce our performance-based and collaborative culture. The recent addition of the gif integration really makes it fun for our people to use, and we don't have to manage/refresh an image library. While there isn't a direct integration with our HRIS (UKG), we've set up a recurring upload that automates user management - new hires, term, birthdays, anniversaries, department and other employee data changes are all captured. Unfortunate that they don't have a mobile app but I understand that is coming soon. I've found it very easy to use the web app but it does require people to take the step to create that on their phone (not difficult, but mobile adoption is low). One wish list item that would make this almost maintenance-free for us would be to remove the requirement to manage budgets by award type within the total funded pool - we have to keep a close eye on that but otherwise it's quite hands off in terms of day-to-day admin attention. I like that the recognitions you give to your coworkers are shown publicly to everyone on the site. This gives other employees a chance to comment on the recognition and add their appreciation to the post as well. Awardco has many options when redeeming rewards. I enjoy being able to choose from a prepaid visa, to personal products, to restuarants and even local restuarant choices! A very nice feature is also the fact that you can receive your gift card through email and it can be either printed out to use in the store or used online. The process of using Awardco is very simple, it's just like shopping on Amazon...well, some of it is shopping on Amazon. I have not had to use Customer support so I cannot comment on that. Occassionally the virtural prepaid visa's will not work in all places,even if they are in your perspective "Apple Wallet", that is a bit frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a user of Awardco, I find recognizing coworkers super easy! I have a set amount of points to give out and have the entire month to do so. I appreciate being able to select multiple coworkers for the same recognition. I like not being limited to a few words to explain what the recognition is for. My company allows us to select hashtags to support the recognition as well. If an Awardco is given, an email is generated to inform the coworker. When I open the Awardco app, it lets me know how many points I have earned. There are many options for spending Awardco points and the process is easy. The Awardco website is so user friendly and easy to use. Just type in what you are looking for in the search area and it will show what is available. Or do a broader search select a catergory and it will give you all different types of options to choose from. Need to narrow down the broader catergories into several sub-catergories. So you don't have so many pages to look through to find what you are looking for. Using Awardco was so simple from beginning to end. It is so simple to find exactly what you're looking for and can even filter your search to only see items that you can afford with the points that you have. And the site is clean and simple. Some companys use sights that are frustrating and complicated to use that it's not even worth it to bother with it. This was not that! It was was simple and smooth start to finish! Awardco provides not only a fantastic service, but the options for rewards truly spans the gambit. From the Amazon integration, to travel gift cards, to the performances you want to see (even those just recently announced), you have numerous options an easy infrastructure to select and receive whatever you've chosen. I selected a giftcard and received it immediatley with activation instructions integrated into the email making things easy to implement. I love that not only can I choose gift cards for my team members, but I can award event tickets and hotel reservations.

The service is top notch and our team really enjoys how easy it is to use.
