I can find what I'm looking for relatively easily. It includes a big variety of possible awards. The integration with amazon is particularly easy since it doesn't require using gift cards and can buy items directly from amazon. The hotel integration is also particularly nice. The 1-to-1 pricing match with points vs dollars is consistent and easy to understand. Giving points is also very easy and the system guides its users along the way. **What do you dislike about Awardco?** Hotels can be hard to find sometimes. I dislike that the hotels tab only allows you to search by city, but then there is no search button or filter to browse specific hotel names. If someone wants to go to a particular hotel in a city where there are several possible options, it is not easy to find. Also, it isn't useful to have the main page show "All" recognition by default. "My Circle" or "Peers" should be defaulted. Also, integration with Microsoft Teams or outlook to have a better suggestions for "My Circle" would be great.
