**What do you like best about Awardco?**

I like that colleagues can reward each other beyond verbal praise and simple thanks for their hard work, effort, and day-to-day contributions. It’s an amazing motivational tool for the workplace and helps recognition feel more meaningful. Giving and accepting the reward is a pretty seamless process that is neatly embedded in our company tools and platforms. I also like that I can use AI to help organize my thoughts and write better reviews!

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

I am unaware of the specific dollar value it provides for the company or how effective the background support is. I also didn't get any official training on how to use it, but it has performed pretty well for me regardless.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Awardco helps LMCO employees provide specific feedback to one another and congratulate them on particular milestones. It also provides us with a platform to redeem our recognition points any any way that we want!

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

Being able to get rewarded for stuff that I am already doing at my job is a great benefit and it keeps me motivated to keep trying to reach my goals. I like the way that Awardco looks, the interface is easy to use and it is very simple to use. With it being linked to my personify account, I am basically giving me money for being healthy. I think it is very simple to use when I first started, it was east to set up as much information was already avilable. I think it is a great option for your buck.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

The one thing I do not like about awardco is that there is no update when an order is placed. I typically have to log on everyday to get an update, so being able to get email notifications would be beneficial.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

I enjoy using Awardco primarily for its ease of use, which makes navigating the platform straightforward and efficient. This intuitive usability has been consistent in my two years of experience using it, particularly for purchasing gift cards. I'm also impressed with the partners Awardco collaborates with, especially the availability of Amazon through their Amazon Business section, which adds tremendous value. Additionally, the initial setup of Awardco was easy, quick, and simple, which greatly facilitated the adoption process. Overall, these features make Awardco a valuable tool for me, and I am very likely to recommend it.

Our employees have been incredibly positive about the renewed focus on recognition. The platform has streamlined milestone celebrations, eliminating the need for manual coordination, and has made it easy for team members to recognize one another in real time. The ability to give shoutouts anytime has boosted overall morale, and the Awardco team has been just as enthusiastic about the partnership as we are.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

The implementation process was longer and more cumbersome than expected. Task management through monday.com often required admins to complete items that could have been handled more efficiently during weekly planning calls. Additionally, there were some challenges in obtaining accurate information and coordinating the initial deposits, which added to the overall timeline.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to implementing the platform, employee recognition lacked consistency and impact. Milestone gifts were often viewed as transactional rather than meaningful, and overall engagement around recognition was low. Coordination was manual and time-consuming, which made it difficult to deliver timely, personalized moments that resonated with employees. The platform addressed these challenges by centralizing recognition, increasing visibility, and giving team members the ability to celebrate one another in real time—ultimately elevating both engagement and the perceived value of milestone moments.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

The platform is incredibly intuitive. The interface is clean and modern, which makes it easy for every employee- regardless of their tech savviness- to jump in and start recognizing others without needing a manual. This is a huge time saver for us. The way it integrates seamlessly with the tools we use daily like, Workday means that recognition happens in the flow of work instead of becoming another task.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

Regarding performance, the platform is generally reliable, but I do occasionally notice some lag when navigating between pages—especially while browsing products on the Amazon page. It’s definitely not a deal breaker, just a bit annoying at times. Also, it can be hard to figure out where to reach the customer support team if a product needs to be returned. I feel customer service / support should be easier to locate.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Awardco, we struggled with a reactive, manual recognition process, which meant significant employee achievements often went unnoticed or were recognized too late. Awardco has helped solve this by integrating Awardco intelligence into our daily workflows, making recognition more timely and consistent. Before Awardco, our "safety store" was extremely expensive; now we have better price options.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

It’s always nice to get recognition for your hard work, and it’s even better when that effort is rewarded with something you can genuinely use. With access to almost anything on Amazon or a gift card for almost anywhere, Awardco makes it easy to receive your prize with minimal hassle and quick delivery. When you get recognition points from your managers, Awardco’s rewards section is simple and easy to navigate, and it offers more options than I’ve seen in other programs that have tried to do the same.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

In my experiences so far, I have found no downsides. award selection was easy and delivery was quick and accurate.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employers often roll out programs to drive productivity or try incentive-based initiatives, but more often than not the prizes aren’t that great, and a lot of the kudos and acknowledgements either get lost or never get submitted properly. Awardco offers a solution that organizes the whole process and lets managers focus on assigning reward points, while pairing it with an awards system employees can actually get excited about. Yes, productivity increases, but more importantly it rises alongside morale.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

I really enjoy the visibility of Awardco throughout the entire company, as it encourages employees to be even more successful in their daily jobs and interactions with co-workers. The thoughtful and insightful prompts capture exactly how you want to recognize someone. The points system and choosing gifts is very simple and straightforward. I like the Encore option for team support, and the email prompts that remind us to reward each other with points. Plus, the smooth setup process made it easy to get started.

I dislike the Auto Happy Birthday messages, the Anniversaries are nice, but birthdays seem more private, less work related.

I find Awardco incredibly easy to use, making it simple to navigate and find exactly what I want to use my points for. I appreciate the wide variety of choices available, which allows me to select from many options when redeeming points. Awardco has greatly improved our rewards process with our associates. It allows associates to recognize each other publicly and share that recognition with either the whole team or select members. Your team is clearly defined on the main dashboard, which makes it easy to find and recognize those individuals, while still making it simple to recognize people from other departments as well.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

We like the Slack integration so it is easy for supervisors to recognize employee efforts without logging into another website and learning another UI. We also like the ability to recognize employees either with or without a monetary incentive. This allows us to validate employee efforts more often and then provide awards where appropriate. Including our company core values as reasons for recognition is also great for reinforcement of those values.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

Pricing is a little steep for a small company like ours, but we feel that it is incentivizing our employees to be more productive and pays for itself that way.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing us to continually reinforce our company core values that help us to stand out, and allows us to provide instant rewards that help to motivate our employees instead of a bonus on a paycheck that they may not even realize was different from regular earnings. This helps improve employee performance in trying to reach for those core values.

I like the fact that Awardco is such a convenient way of getting appreciation for what we do. I also appreciate the checkout process and how easy it is to tap to pay. It's super quick and easy to do, there's no hassle or struggle, and it's better than waiting for a physical card to arrive. The initial setup of Awardco was super easy too, and I would definitely recommend it as there's nothing else like Awardco.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

What could be improved would be if there was an option to only show the items you can afford based on the amount of award you have. It would be nice to have a filter with the price range for easier access.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Awardco to buy things when I can't afford them, like when I'm low on gas or need a meal.

This reward motivates hospital workers to actively engage in surveys and activities related to their health, nutrition, and financial well-beingm making participation more appealing and increasing overall engagement and awareness. It benefits me by encouraging me to reflect on my health, eating habits, and financial well-being while providing incentives that make participation worthwhile and engaging. **What do you like best about Awardco?**

I use Awardco for redeeming points for awards given at work, and I really like the freedom of choice it provides because I can use the points on a wide variety of high-desire items. Other than the wide variety, I like the ease of use and the quick redemption process. I can use the Awardco app from my phone to redeem points as I walk into Target or Outback to use a gift card, or I can add it to my Amazon with just a few clicks. The initial setup was pretty easy and quick, which is great because I don't remember it being a hassle. I highly recommend Awardco, rating it a 10 out of 10.

The app does experience periods of slowness/lagging. and it requires me to reset my password more often than my work account so the passwords don't always match which can cause confusion

Awardco gives employees the freedom to redeem points easily for a variety of high-desire items, making the process quick and straightforward, which I appreciate. I can redeem points on the go, like adding a gift card to my Amazon with just a few clicks.

I’ve had a great experience using Awardco as an employee rewards platform. What I like most is the wide variety of rewards available, especially the gift cards and Amazon product options. It makes it easy for me to choose rewards that I’ll actually use and enjoy.

I’ve also found the platform very easy to navigate and user-friendly. Redeeming rewards is simple and straightforward, and the items I’ve redeemed have always been delivered quickly. Overall, Awardco has made employee recognition feel more meaningful, convenient, and rewarding for me.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

Honestly, I haven’t found anything to dislike about Awardco so far. My experience has been extremely positive from both the recognition and rewards perspective. The platform is easy to use, the reward options are excellent, and the redemption process is seamless. Out of all the employee recognition and rewards platforms I’ve used throughout my work experience, Awardco has been the best by far.

Awardco isn’t necessarily solving a specific problem for me personally, but it does make employee recognition feel meaningful and motivating. Being recognized for my work and contributions through the platform has been a great morale booster. **What do you like best about Awardco?**

About 40 years ago, I did research into a two-foot high stack of books about how to motivate workers. I came away with a strong belief in small, frequent, non-monetary positive reinforcements. I made a report that could have been used as a manual. Sadly, I haven't seen much use of those techniques in the various jobs I've held since then. When the Awardco Recognition Feed came online at my company about a year ago, I instantly recognized it as BRILLIANT. It provides EXACTLY what I've wished for: small, non-monetary positive reinforcements that will be frequent if managers and supervisors use the system, and believe me, I've pushed everyone I talk to, please use the Awardco Feed!

Can't think of anything. It's brilliant and perfect.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My favorite benefit is the phone stand with Bluetooth speaker that I "bought" a couple of weeks ago with my points. It's a top-tier useful item. Other than that, it helps my mood and my knowledge when I get on Awardco regularly to post supportive comments and emojis about others' Recognitions. It’s a fun, effective way to reward employees and help them receive recognition from peers or from the company itself. It’s also extremely easy to use, and there are plenty of options available across different stores and events. I especially like having the choice to buy concert tickets, as well as using gift cards such as the virtual Visa gift cards. I really like how easy it is to sign up and the onboarding its extremely simple to do!

I cannot really think of anything, maybe the layout of the website itself, it can be a little difficult to navigate.

It helps give the employees recognition for their performance in their job duties and overall hard work.

Website is easy to use. Prices are lower than in stores. You can see your total points, and you can filter rewards. Integrating Amazon directly into the platform makes searching and ordering a one stop shop. Support desk was prompt and polite in answering my questions. Overall, I'm superbly satisfied with Awardco's performance providing simple and quality rewards.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

In the age of emerging technology, I am actively trying to use a little AI as possible. I understand companies are integrating AI in many services and sometimes it is unavoidable. It would be nice to have a setting to opt out for those of us trying to limit our use.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I naturally help out more than my job role requires me to, and often I feel overlooked and underappreciated. This new system has allowed supervisors to recognize employees, allows us to recognize each other for better morale, and although the gifts I purchase are small, they are little reminders of why I love working for this company.

The most helpful aspect of Awardco is its ease of use and flexibility. I like that I can quickly redeem my recognition points for Amazon gift cards, which are practical and easy to use. The redemption process is simple, rewards are delivered promptly, and having a variety of reward options makes employee recognition more meaningful. Overall, Awardco provides a convenient and user-friendly experience.

One downside of Awardco is that some reward options can require more points than expected, limiting how often I can redeem rewards. I primarily use it for Amazon gift cards, so I don't take advantage of many of the other features. It would also be helpful if there were more promotions or lower point thresholds for popular gift cards to make rewards feel more accessible.

Awardco makes employee recognition simple and rewarding by providing an easy way to redeem recognition points for rewards. For me, the biggest benefit is being able to use my points for Amazon gift cards, which I can spend on everyday purchases. **What do you like best about Awardco?**

UI is easy to follow. I can find what I'm looking for relatively easily. It includes a big variety of possible awards. The integration with amazon is particularly easy since it doesn't require using gift cards and can buy items directly from amazon. The hotel integration is also particularly nice. The 1-to-1 pricing match with points vs dollars is consistent and easy to understand. Giving points is also very easy and the system guides its users along the way.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

Hotels can be hard to find sometimes. I dislike that the hotels tab only allows you to search by city, but then there is no search button or filter to browse specific hotel names. If someone wants to go to a particular hotel  in a city where there are several possible options, it is not easy to find.

Also, it isn't useful to have the main page show "All" recognition by default. "My Circle" or "Peers" should be defaulted. It's a really easy way to recognize your peers, and receive recognition from peers, leaders, and cross-functional collaborators. The recognitions themselves allow you to tag others for visibility, and the points that go along with them make it a fun and incentivized way to thank one another. As a manager, I know how important it is to recognize your team. It goes a long way! We have an integration with Slack as well, so you are alerted right away (also by email) if you have been recognized. I haven't had issues or needed support, and I am not one of the buying powers so I am less sure about onboarding and pricing.

There are some very high point items in the catalog for redemption, and they are almost unachievable, so I wish there was a way to put up the remainder of the cost with personal funds. I also wish it incorporated loyalty for brand partners (like travel) so that you have a more seamless experience vs clunky and having to do it later with the partner directly.

Or you have the option to award points monthly for people that had a great catch that avoided a bigger problem, or maybe they always come through in a crunch.  I think everyone enjoys a quick pat on the back or an on the spot recognition.  Our company utilizes it as well for reaching learning goals, 20 pts for participation in the quarterly learning challenge to each employee that completes the assigned tasks, and the everyone can be entered in a raffle for one luck 50 pt. winner. 

Awarco points are easy to transfer into gift cards for a large variety of uses at a variety of retailers, hotels, restaurants, etc.

The system can also be rigid in places, meaning there are moments where HR has to work around the tool instead of the tool supporting the process exactly as intended. International is hit or miss, too. Shipping costs become astronomical if an international location is out of stock. While it does a lot well, it is not always intuitive, and those small friction points can be frustrating when you are managing programs at scale. Overall, the downsides are manageable, but they show up most when you are trying to keep things clean, efficient, and simple behind the scenes.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

I use Awardco for everything! I like the variety, as you can use Awardco points to get almost anything, like Amazon cards, Visa, or even DoorDash credits. I find it convenient that you can order directly from the Amazon site and have items delivered directly to your door. The initial setup of Awardco was very easy for my team.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

It'd be nice to be able to get physical cards if you want to gift them.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Awardco offers convenience by letting me use points for Amazon, Visa, or DoorDash credits. I appreciate the variety and the ability to order directly from Amazon with home delivery.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

I really like Awardco because they offer quality branded merchandise that is delivered in a timely manner. The wide selection of product offerings is fantastic, with a product for everyone, big or small, and the selection is high quality, not something you'd just stuff in a closet or drawer. I received my selection within a week of placing my order, which is a big step up from their competitors. The website is user-friendly, and ordering was a breeze. The initial setup was simple and quick; I just answered a few questions, and my profile was built.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

I would like to see even more products available to choose from.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate the quality branded merchandise delivered promptly and the wide selection that caters to everyone, avoiding unwanted clutter.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

What I like most about Awardco is the wide range of functionality and the flexibility it provides. I really appreciate being able to see the full leadership budget and how points are allocated, as it gives great transparency and makes it easy to manage. The platform itself is very user-friendly, intuitive, and seamless, which makes the overall experience smooth for both leaders and employees. I also love the variety of reward options available, from items and gift cards to company swag, which makes it easy to find something meaningful for everyone. Overall, Awardco not only makes recognition simple but also makes it exciting and engaging

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

My only dislike of Awardco is the homepage. I would like to see a revamp to show more reporting such as what points have been sent and when the last points were sent from the leadership budget.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Awardco has solved our incentive need in our customer support area of the company. We love to be able to reward our team for going above and beyond with so many options. We used to use a wheel of gift cards, but it limited the options. Awardco allows us to still reward the team and allow them to choose what item fits them best!

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

Awardco has been a great platform for employee recognition.  It makes it easy for team members to celebrate each others achievements and contributions.  The system is simple to use, and the rewards marketplace offer alot of great options.  It has helped create a more positive and appreciative work culture within our workplace.  Overall, its an effective tool for recognizing employees and boosting morale.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

Sometimes when employees try redeeming rewards it isnt always a smooth process.  I have also heard that the rewards feel overpriced compared to their real value so the points may not stretch very far depending on the marketplace value.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In many workplaces, employees efforts go unnoticed or recognition happens rarly.  When people don't feel valued, engagement and job satisfaction drops.  

Awardco allows managers and coworkers to recognize acheivements quickly.  It creates a structured system for appreciation; points, rewards, shoutouts. It makes recognition visible across the company.  As an employee you feel appreciated for your work and contributions. 

Without incentives, employees may feel less motivated to perform at their best.  When our employees feel undervalued or disconnected from the company culture they tend to leave.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

I really love Awardco for two main reasons. It allows me to recognize coworkers and colleagues for the great jobs that they do, especially when their work impacts my role as well. It's really cool that our company does this. The second reason is the rewards. You get rewarded and can go to Amazon to use those rewards or get gift cards. Additionally, setting up Awardco was very easy, which was a pleasant surprise.

I wish that when you give recognition to coworkers or colleagues, maybe you could earn a few points by giving.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Awardco to recognize my coworkers for their great work, which makes them feel good. It also provides rewards from Amazon, making it cool that our company does this.

**What do you like best about Awardco?**

The site is incredibly easy to use. No issues and no freezing. It is a great app to award co workers and receive rewards from. The order portion for awards works like adream and orders come in quickly. They have tutorials, and the customer support team is great. I review it weekly. It was easy to get into from the first day. The layout is easy to follow.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

I haven't found any downsides yet to the app. It is easy and not complicated.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had an issue with getting the incorrect order and the team helped without issue or headache. Made me want to use it again because i knew I would be satisfied. They were great and listened and fixed the issue.

I don't have anything I dislike about Awardco, only some things that I wish could be improved. I do wish that the reporting from Awardco was a bit more robust and customizable, but it is still way better than other vendors.

Awardco solves the challenge of inconsistent and hard-to-manage employee recognition by providing a centralized, easy-to-use platform. It streamlines administration, improves visibility into participation and budgets, and offers flexible rewards that feel meaningful to employees. I find Awardco very easy to navigate with its simple UI and clear instructions. It's great how it serves as a one-stop shop for internal recognition within the company. I enjoy being able to award points to coworkers and redeem them for things like gift cards. I appreciate that I can use Awardco without having to juggle other tools since it's built into one platform across my company. It's convenient to see all recognition across the company. The initial setup was straightforward, just a click of a button, and I really like how it takes care of login data, so I don't need to keep logging in again and again.

**What do you dislike about Awardco?**

I think of points balance of how many points I still need to give away before it expires, some kind of notification on the main page would help.

**What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Awardco simplifies internal recognition by allowing us to award points to coworkers that can be redeemed for things like gift cards. It's a one-stop shop that's easy to navigate and lets me see company-wide recognition.
