I worked with Avtex last year to upgrade our PureConnect to (at the time) the latest version of CIC. This was a delicate situation as we were also working internally to upgrade all of our servers simultaneously. They worked with us through the whole process and we were able to get upgraded with minimal speed bumps. Overall, they are willing to jump in an work through issues with good general knowledge and not a lot of time for them to figure out any customizations that are configured. What problems is Avtex Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?

We worked with Avtex to build an Nth call routing tool that would send every Nth call to an external location. This was fully adjustable by the customer and could be turned on and off via schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
