Avoma is a viable competitor to Gong, with strong functionality and ease of use. The service and support has been fantastic - thanks to Jay Shah! The AI transcriptions are sufficiently accurate - where they fall short the team is on-hand to manually 'teach' their model specific words/phrases that are used in your sales process to improve accuracy down the line.

Integration - the tool integrates seamlessly with other sales tools like Hubspot meaning our team has a one-stop tool for call transcripts as well as actions and deal metrics.

Avoma will automatically sync with my calendar and most of the time I don't have to do anything extra for Avoma to show up, record my meetings and take notes. If I setup an impromptu meeting it only takes a few minutes to invite Avoma to join. It is really handy to search the transcripts to find exactly where we discussed a certain topic.
