For example, if the customer is expressing feedback of our product that is not good, Avoma automatically puts it in as a follow up item for that customer so that we can make sure we communicate internally to our team. If I had to pick something, it would be better educating the user on all the powerful capabilities Avoma offers. Having Avoma summarize the key takeaways and pain points for me already is a great way for me to record-keep for myself, but also get my teammates up to speed much faster. I can send them snippets and/or the AI summary, which is a very good starting point for getting everyone on the same page. I haven't come across a real downside as yet - I do wish you could get rid of the 'this call will be recorded' voice over, as I don't let Avoma in until I have my clients permission and it always interupts.
