Not only is it super easy, but it is really accurate! - I like that my employees can request a scoring/review of a particular call, and I get notified of the request. - I love the call Transcript. Avoma has not only nailed exactly what a top tier call intelligence tool should be, but it's there customer support that has won me over! I'm a CRO that is not only leads sales, but also marketing so my time is extremely limited. The call coaching functionality provides coaching when I don't have the time. It offers detailed feedback on our sales calls, pinpointing areas of strength and opportunities for improvement. This has enabled me to quickly provide targeted coaching to my reps. We have also used Avoma to capture the voice of the customer. Not everyone call be on all the calls. So being able to program the tool to capture this and report back is huge! You really have to tailor each section to get the most out of the tool - which takes time. But, my CSM has held my hand the entire way, taking baby steps with me to get this setup. With the call recording and transcription feature has allowed me to analyze these recordings at scale. This has led me to be able to make more informed decision-making choices. Being only one leader. Avoma’s call coaching automatically provides detailed insights and feedback on each of our sales call. This analysis helps me deliver personalized coaching, addressing individual strengths and weaknesses. As a result, I can coach the team at scale without having to be on every call. Another piece we are diving into is the sales forecasting by Avoma. Avoma's forecasting helps me make strategic decisions with confidence, and hone in on what deals are real and what we should close lost. AI has been on point compared to others. Integration support - we have made Avoma a top 3 tool inside our marketing agency and its saved so much workflow chasing between teams weekly. They created multiple support videos, docs, etc that are specific to our workflow as a top tier marketing agency. I can always reach them on slack - daily. The connection to Clickup and Hubspot saves us at least 5 hours week per project manager and it saves 10+ hours of wasted onboarding effort when launching a new client. There are always a few things with any technology, however, we have direct access to customer success team in slack and they have always supported above and beyond. I love having easy insight into exactly what is going on in my reps meetings and the data compiled in Avoma regarding the entire team. I have been able to create several training topics based on trends i'm seeing in Avoma that will cater to my specific team's needs. The setup and integration with our CRM was seamless, and Sarah has been really great to work with. I've used Gong at a couple of different organizations, and I find Avoma more user friendly and the AI Notes are always right on point making my follow up work so much easier! I don't have to comb through calls for a certain piece of information because the AI notes always catch it. I really love this product and am so glad that my current organization switched over to it! I tend to type up or write down notes when I'm on calls and it can be very distracting to try and capture all of that information in an organized way while talking to my clients. There's a lot to like about Avoma including: \* The flexibility of the licence model - we can pick and choose which team members go on which plan \* Getting started was unbelievably easy \* It was quickly integrated into HubSpot for us. So we now have a seamless flow of transcriptions into Deal records. \* My team loves using it. It is used in well over 90% of meetings that are held over the web. \* We've had regular contact from the Avoma team - this level of support is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Avoma? The only thing I've struggled with is setting up templates - but this is more me being time poor. It would be good to see the system pre-configured with a wider range of sales methodologies. We use Winning by Designs methodology and its taken a bit of effort to set this up - this is not a deal breaker for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you? The primary problem we set out to solve with Avoma was getting meeting recordings, transcripts, action items etc into CRM following discovery or demo meetings - when the team realised how accurate and fast the system worked they fell in love with it. The quality of notes, the clarity of action items now being captured in CRM is exceptional. What Avoma has also allowed us to do (primarily myself as Head of Sales), is quickly identify where my team need coaching - for example, I had a junior SE/AE who was developing a bad habit of discounting unnecessarily - using Avoma I was able to drill in, listen to his approach and then coach him on tactics to avoid discounting or at least move to a model where it was a value exchange vs a one-sided discount.
