Avoma has been a game-changer for our organization. The AI-powered transcription and meeting summaries ensure that customer insights are captured and actionable next steps are clear for everyone. There are native integrations with Zoom, HubSpot (our current CRM), and other tools which have enhanced our workflows, making it easier to align teams and keep projects on track. Avoma has allowed our teams to focus more on strategic discussions rather than administrative tasks (such as having to ask "can someone please take notes"). We had a really easy implementation with a successful migration from our legacy tool, Gong. All of our customer intelligence was maintained and regenerated using Avoma's AI. Since Avoma is a newer platform, they are iterating quickly, which means occasional minor bugs or the need to request new features. Before, keeping track of key takeaways and action items required a lot of manual effort, and things would sometimes slip through the cracks. I wish the "this call will be recorded" message was sooner in the call. I find it annoying when I'm talking with a client and it says that a minute or so into the meeting.
