"Good for monitoring and following up"
3/5
What do you like best about Aviso?

I really appreciate the interconnection with SalesForce

It's good to have the correct software that helps us in monitoring and following up our goals with any of our customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aviso?

I feel like I'm going to have another way to be monitored.

And it bothers me as I don't want to be constantly judged on my performance on fulfilling a dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Looks like an additional contoling system"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Aviso?

Simplicity on having SFDC at a single page.

ALso looks easy to connect and to identigy higthligthing opportunities.

In travell AVISO should be more helpfull than SFDC Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aviso?

Looks like a copy of SFDC

I'm affraid to be forced to duplicate my insgts with SFDC

Control takes to much time agains pure sales

I'd rather prefer SFDC as a tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Vikas Joshi of Aviso

Hi, thanks for sharing your feedback. We're sorry your experience didn't match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance, and we'll do better in the future.

However, you mentioned it looks like a copy of SFDC, duplication issues and that you would prefer SFDC as a tool. Let me reassure you that Aviso & SFDC has a two-way sync connection. Any changes you make in Aviso are reflected directly in SFDC and vice-versa. I would encourage you to explore the Deals grid and Forecasting in Aviso and try to edit the opportunities column with a pencil icon. I can assure you that whatever information you see in Aviso is relevant to Honeywell and contextual for your job. So factually, there are no issues of duplication.

Regarding the other issue, Aviso is much more than SFDC. Aviso helps you get visual answers to your biggest sales questions with Adaptive Metrics, fix Pipeline and Deal Flow, course correct every part of the customer lifecycle, and accelerate revenue with AI-recommended next steps. Aviso provides the most comprehensive home dashboard for all teams, giving a 360° growth view and comprehensive reports across revenue functions at your fingertips. We would love you to use Aviso for a couple of weeks, and you'll feel the difference yourself! Case in point, Aviso is proactive, while SFDC is reactive!

We would love to know what more we can do to elevate this rating from a 5 to a 10 :)

If SFDC lookalike and duplication of insights is the only hindrance for a 5, which you won't notice once you start adopting the tool better, we would be delighted if you could please revisit the review and put in a 10-star rating :) Happy to help! :)

Please feel free to contact vikas.joshi@aviso.com with any further comments, concerns, or suggestions you wish to share. We will love to make things right if you give us another chance.

"Good tool, but the UI needs to improve"
3/5
What do you like best about Aviso?

It's a great tool for managing your pipeline and the opportunities you have tied to your CRM. You're able to update all numbers (forecast, commit, etc.) all on one single pane and update all of your notes in one system instead of opening multiple tabs in CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aviso?

The UI needs to improve drastically as it's too archaic to be used by enterprise sales teams. Make the interface more simple and not as complex by reducing the number of fields and making the more important ones stand out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Just ok"
3/5
What do you like best about Aviso?

The concept of Aviso is probably the tool's strongest attribute. From the way that Aviso was sold to my company, the understanding was that over time and consistent use, the Aviso software would be able to begin to predict outcomes on behalf of the sales team relative to our monthly and quarterly forecast. That predictive component never actually worked for us in our Aviso instance. I did like the deal by deal views and that we could load our sales staging process into the tool and then break out our deals by specific stage and based on whatever time frame we choose (which was organized by the close date a rep input into SFDC). The integration of data between SFDC and Aviso felt seamless to us as sales leaders, but I am not sure the amount of back-end work our Sales Ops team had to do in order to make that happen. The tool was great for working directly with reps on a deal by deal basis for both monthly and quarterly outlooks. I also liked that the content from the "next steps" field in salesforce came into Aviso. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aviso?

The week over week changes to the forecast did not show up anywhere in Aviso. This was something that we manually tracked in a google sheet outside of both Aviso and SFDC. So, whenever a weekly update was not completed by a sales leader (due to travel, vacation, etc), it was hard to follow the data and take action. In addition, the predictive forecasting component of Aviso never actually worked for us. The predictive component was the reason we switched to Aviso, so it was a little disappointing to never have that become an accurate way to judge/predict forecasting.
