**What do you like best about Aviso?**

The best part of Aviso, is the people behind Aviso.  My CSM, Ajay, provides top notch support and genuinely cares about Medius' success.  He is collaborative and works hard to ensure we are getting all the details we need to run our business.  This has spoiled me for all other SaaS companies where I expect the same level of service.  My favourite bit of functionality remains being able to identify which deals are "in" or "out", it makes managing the forecast easy, I have a good view of which deals I can expect.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

I remain challenged by the reporting side of things.  I wish there was more flexibility in how we can slice the data.  Every time we make an organizational change, we can no longer look at historical conversion rates, how pipeline moved.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aviso helps me have solid control over my forecast and understand when we are going to finish the month/quarter.

The more I learn about using the platform, the more benefits I perceive in using Aviso to manage both Account Executives as well as forecast guidance to leadership.  I particularly like the quick assessment of pipeline changes, and specific underlying reasons that can be pinpointed for evaluation and discussion.  Also visual Sankey-based reports make this process efficient.

There is a learning curve in exploring what is a rather extensive feature-rich platform.

The tracking of deal stages and graphical breakdown. There's plenty of AI innovation that is coming to the platform that I've yet to dig into.

There are several bugs when entering comments that will result in needing to input the same information multiple times. Frustrating.

It’s like having a super-smart co-pilot who never sleeps. The forecasting insights are eerily accurate, and MIKI (their AI assistant) basically babysits my pipeline, nudging deals, surfacing risks, and even writing up account summaries when I’m swamped. I can finally trust my forecast call, which used to be a coin toss.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

The interface has a bit of a learning curve—lots of icons, and sometimes I feel like I need a decoder ring to find what I need fast. Also, the note-taking section is a little twitchy

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aviso’s killing the chaos in forecasting and deal reviews. Before, pipeline calls felt like guesswork mixed with optimism. Now? I get real-time visibility into which deals are actually winnable, which ones are ghosting us, and which reps need a little nudge.

The ability for it to be bi-directional to dynamics, reducing the manual burden on reps by automating data entry and adding analysis! Working with Aviso from an administrative perspective, we have the BEST Customer success manager, Magdalene! She takes the time to learn what we are needing and works alongside us to implement a solution.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

One of the biggest hurdles we have had to overcome is the complex onboarding with the tool, it has taken our users some time to learn and not feel overwhelmed. That being said Magdalene has done an amazing job with training and assisting our teams to feel prepared. She is available any time to hop onto a call to spend time with individual users or teams, including myself as the admin to understand features and identify issues if there are any.

Predictive Forecasting: Aviso’s AI-driven forecasting is one of its strongest features. It goes beyond CRM data to provide highly accurate, explainable predictions about revenue outcomes, helping sales teams hit their targets more reliably.

Deal and Pipeline Insights: Aviso gives deep insights into individual deals and the overall sales pipeline. It can identify at-risk deals, provide win/loss analysis, and even suggest next best actions.

CRM Automation and Integration: It integrates well with our CRM (Dynamics) and reduces the manual burden on reps by automating data entry and analysis.
