**What do you like best about Aviso?**

I use Aviso for forecast and analytics. It provides quicker analysis, serving as one place to find all requirements and fulfill needs related to forecasting. I like the forecast tab because it helps me move from Excel models to a better AI-integrated source. I also really like the 'What Change' feature on the dashboard as it helps me identify changes in CCR that assist leaders in adjusting the numbers. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and quick.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

I feel there are a few enhancements needed in Aviso, like adding week-on-week changes and year-on-year changes, or updates like V1 and V2. These improvements could help me move entirely to the Aviso model and finally stop using Excel.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aviso provides quicker analysis, centralizing forecasting needs in one place. It allows me to transition from Excel to an AI-integrated source, and the 'What Change' feature helps leaders adjust numbers based on changes in CCR.

**What do you like best about Aviso?**

The overall end-user experience, from support and onboarding to ensuring the team is utilizing the tool to its maximum capability, was comprehensive. From Day 1, the team was engaged in ensuring integrations with our SFDC, Google Meet, and other collaboration tools worked as designed. Overall, the UI is very intuitive and presents the required business overview clearly while remaining simple to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

Early on in the engagement, the performance was spotty.  The continuous engagement from the Aviso team allowed for us to show the performance areas that needed improvement.  Overall the performance is fine as of now, just the initial first couple months.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The overall intelligence comes from aggregating data feeds from the other tools leveraged across our ecosystem. This allows us to work primarily directly within Aviso instead of jumping between multiple tools. Those consolidated data sources are then used by their AI, Miki, to surface deeper insights.

**What do you like best about Aviso?**

Aviso has been a helpful tool in my day-to-day work as a Sales Engineer. It gives a clear view of deal progress and helps me understand where things might get stuck. I like how it brings together useful insights without needing to dig through multiple systems. It also makes forecasting feel more reliable. Sometimes the interface can take a bit of getting used to, but overall it saves time and helps me stay on top of my deals.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

One thing I dislike about Aviso is that the interface can feel a bit unintuitive at times, so it takes some extra effort to find what you’re looking for quickly.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aviso helps solve the problem of not having a clear, real-time view of what’s happening in deals. As a Sales Engineer, I’m often involved in multiple opportunities at different stages, and it can be hard to track where I need to step in.

**What do you like best about Aviso?**

I find Aviso pretty easy to display and find the data, which is crucial for my work. Managing two organizations across the entire US, I don't have time to spend hours mining data. Aviso allows me to set up meaningful views and filters, helping me find the data I need quickly. I'm also very happy with how fast the implementation was. Even though we didn't set it up ourselves, it was smooth, and with some data manipulation, we got it working effectively.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

I wish there was a way to apply filters or create reports for the Engineering side of sales quicker and more efficiently.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aviso for forecasting, reviewing deals, and technical readiness. It helps me quickly find and display data, saving time on data mining. Aviso makes it easy to set up meaningful views and filters to access needed information instantly.

**What do you like best about Aviso?**

I really like Aviso's super intuitive and easy-to-use interface, which makes me more efficient in my forecasting compared to working out of Salesforce. One feature I particularly enjoy is the ability to see my historical changes week over week in a rolling historical timeline, allowing me to track my forecasts over time. I also appreciate the activity inbox where I can view and categorize all my meetings based on the sales process. This helps me track my own KPIs and prioritize my time effectively. I primarily use the activity inbox and the forecast tab and have a great time with it. The historic aspect of Aviso is very valuable to me, especially being able to see what my forecast was in the previous weeks, providing a valuable rolling history that Salesforce doesn't offer natively.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

Some of the user interface is a little bit touchy. For example, if you're typing into a certain field to update a column or a cell in Aviso, and your mouse moves out of the box or you zoom out, it's a little touchy. Sometimes you'll exit whatever you're typing, and then you'll have to restart. I find that being the biggest pain is when I'm in the middle of writing notes or putting in an update and then somehow a small accidental mouse movement makes me need to restart. That's what I find frustrating. Another thing that I find frustrating is Aviso attempts to automatically categorize my meetings. What bothers me is if the automation miscategorizes meetings and I have to go back and actually fix that. If meetings are miscategorized, it could be telling a false story to my leadership. So while I really like the categorization feature, I don't like when the automatic categorization isn't accurate.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aviso for more efficient forecasting than with Salesforce, track historical changes over time, categorize meetings, and monitor KPIs. It helps me understand trends, improving personal and team goals.

**What do you like best about Aviso?**

I like the overall good view and the connection with CRM that Aviso provides, which makes the integration with CRM very helpful for forecasting better and assisting me in my job. Aviso gives me more clarity on renewals, which is crucial for my work involving forecasting renewal deals.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

I prefer Clari over Aviso. The overall experience with Clari was smoother.

I use Aviso for forecasting renewal deals. It gives me more clarity on renewals and integrates well with CRM, which helps me forecast better and do my job effectively.

**What do you like best about Aviso?**

I like that Aviso provides a very good overview of my current forecast, pipeline, and in-focus activities. It's more facilitated than before because we have our forecast and pipeline for current and following quarters in one place, as opposed to the complicated Excel exports we used previously. Aviso saves me a lot of time and gives me a very good overview of my changes, forecast, and pipeline activities. I'm very content with the tool itself because it really facilitates my job, especially with the tasks that I don't appreciate the most since I don't have time for them.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

From what I noticed, Aviso is still not synchronized. Every time I make changes to opportunities, I have to sign back in to see them updated. It's not simultaneously actualized, and while it was worse initially, it's only improved slightly but still needs work.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aviso gives me a great overview of my current forecast, pipeline, and focused activities, saving me a lot of time and making my job easier, especially compared to using complicated Excel exports before.

sometimes there could be issue in account rollup but it can be a quick fix

Trying to make sure that forecasting is accurate. Ensuring that Sales Leader make use of the tool. So far, the adoption rate has been high and more sales reps are using it more often to forecast their deals.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

i do not like how slow it is sometimes as it disrupts my work, i have to refresh it many times, the deals update takes a very long , the interface can improve as it is cluttered

it helps me solve the issue of forecasting and it helps me organize my information to better know more about my deals and inform my manager.
