I really liked the use of MIKI to get breakdowns of current ops

Based on the initial demo it seems like it will take time to get comfortable with it.

One stop shop..  all my information is located in Aviso.  I look forward to the re-Cap of calls, to better understand what I missed, and could do better on.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

Intagration ad Accuracy.  At our Kickoff, Aviso stilll had basic bugs..  IE said my Buyer was a Seller, said we had no next steps, but yet the transcript shows we did.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, I am not benifitting with Aviso.  We are not 100% onbaorded. Or at least I don't think we are at 100%.

I like that it can pull all of your data from Salesforce and provide a real time view of your funnel. It greatly helps with forecasting.

I dont see a downside. I think sales reps like tools that make them more efficient and ability to see in real time what their forecast and funnel are looking like without having to pull reports straight from salesforce.

We have been working with Aviso for a couple of years now, the platform has continuted to improve, it seemlessly brings together the data for a great forecast overview  and, the service from the team has been second to none especially Aarathi who is alway on hand to help with any query or request we have.

For great results all team members need to be onboard with using it for the platform to be effective, not really a dislike though.

Aviso makes forecasting extremely streamlined, especially with the integration with Salesforce. It's made forecasting calls as a team much easier and more efficient

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

To be totally honest there's not much that I don't like. I use it for a very direct purpose and it meets that seamlessly. I have enjoyed using the product and have only positive feedback.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Updating forecasts in SFDC can be very cumbersome, especially when you're adding in other members of a team and trying to see a more macro picture of pipeline. Aviso makes it easier to view and adjust on the fly.

I loved the ability to focus on your top deals, it is not possible to know all 600+ deals and the star toll was great.  Digging deeper in analytics!

Not really a downside but at this time we need more data integrated and Ajay talked about future projects.

The new features are promising like MIKI and Earnings call analysis - thanks to our CSM Aarathi for keeping us updated all the time.

UI is sometimes not so friendly and requires handholding. Lack of Admin features create dependency.

What our organization likes best about Aviso is its focused approach to forecasting - the platform has been optimized, from design to execution, to deliver an excellent forecasting experience. With integration to our Salesforce instance, Aviso has become the preferred tool for all things forecasting and pipeline for our sales team.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

What my team of administrators find challenging with Aviso is the lack of Admin controls available.  Though the Aviso team has been helpful in making changes on our behalf, it would be much better if we had the ability to do the following:
- impersonate users
- create views per forecasting groups in the hierarchy
- Make edits to the columns on display from our CRM
- Make changes to dashboard components

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Aviso, our company would create multiple spreadsheets to send to sales managers. This was a ton of admin work for operations and Sales folks alike. After Aviso, our company ditched the spreadsheets and find it easier to make forecast submissions.
