**What do you like best about Aviso?**

Aviso is great for keeping me focused on my sales opportunities and staying on track. It gives clear visibility into deals and forecasting while helping prioritize which accounts and prospects to engage with. The breadth of features is impressive, and having everything consolidated on a single platform is extremely valuable.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

Like many sales tools, there’s a bit of a learning curve. Navigating and understanding all the features can feel overwhelming at first, but once you become proficient, that initial challenge turns into a real advantage.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aviso helps solve the problem of scattered and disjointed sales prospecting. By centralizing forecasting and pipeline management in one place, it’s easier to spot risks early, focus on the right opportunities, and stay aligned with targets. The result is better deal prioritization/organization and significantly less time wasted.

Additionally, the margins declaration feature in Aviso is immensely valuable as it allows me to figure out my margins accurately, contributing to more informed financial decisions. Aviso aims to solve a big challenge for Sales Users -- forecasting and Salesforce hygiene. 2 tasks that are really impactful, yet very time consuming. I appreciate that Aviso tackles these, and allows me to focus on what matters most in my role.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

User experience is not enterprise-grade. Aviso needs to prioritize its layout and UX structure. I've had numerous frustrating experiences where I'll write in a lengthy update on an opportunity, not immediately click the submit button, and instantly lose all my work.... 

Additionally (and this may be a result of how its configured in our instance), way way way too many fields in the default view. I know you can customize, but this should be improved.

Salesforce UI is archaic and Avisio packs a punch with a much improved GUI along with powerful intelligence features that will bring significant productivity gains, along with higher quality sales motions.  I will be using Aviso several times a week and this will help me better manage my opportunities.  Looking forward to the reduced adoption time through the ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

Not so much with Aviso product itself, but rather what may or may not be planned for implementation scope to meet the needs of our Service and Education Sales team.  So far the focus is on product/license sales, which is understandable.  Hoping Customer Success aspects can be considered.

Simpliefies my data entry and provides me better intelligence on next steps I should be considering for follow-up.

I'm learning new things all the time about Aviso's capabilities - and there are a lot! I really like the option to generate an account plan - this is a great starting point for our reps. Our CS team has also been very helpful by conducting multiple enablement sessions and quickly responding to questions/issues.

I still find myself putting our forecast in Google sheets each week so I can easily and quickly model different paths to our number. And I wish I had the ability to override the amount for a deal even if it's not swiped IN.

The best part of Aviso, is the people behind Aviso.  My CSM, Ajay, provides top notch support and genuinely cares about Medius' success.  He is collaborative and works hard to ensure we are getting all the details we need to run our business.  This has spoiled me for all other SaaS companies where I expect the same level of service.  My favourite bit of functionality remains being able to identify which deals are "in" or "out", it makes managing the forecast easy, I have a good view of which deals I can expect.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

I remain challenged by the reporting side of things.  I wish there was more flexibility in how we can slice the data.  Every time we make an organizational change, we can no longer look at historical conversion rates, how pipeline moved.

Aviso helps me have solid control over my forecast and understand when we are going to finish the month/quarter.
