**What do you like best about AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management (ERM)?**

It comes with a lot of uses when you're using Web Studio v2020. First, you can input some data on it - manually or integrate it into PLC. Second, you can view the KPIs through the dashboard. Third, configuration made it easier with the help of preset as you export the file.

**What do you dislike about AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management (ERM)?**

There is some network instability as you try to connect to it. It's random, but it is important to take note of it as it affects the productivity of the users in the production line.

**What problems is AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are a lot of problems raised with this tool, but the good thing is that they are very accommodating as you raise some issues with them. With the help of version upgrades, issues were addressed, resulting in the improvement of the tool.
