What do you like best about Avetta?

My company was forced to use Avetta for compliance through a company we work for. After one year, the company we work for discontinued using Avetta's platform. I contacted Avetta multiple times to disable my account. Yet I was charged the full year's fee this morning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avetta?

There was no way to disable my account, pause my account or remove my bank information so Avetta took money from my account (several days before the due date) and will not connect me with someone who can help. I have called multiple times, emailed, sent chats and I hear the same thing "We will be in touch 1-3 business days" yet I hear nothing. This company is a HUGE scam. I am contacting my bank to begin a fraud case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
