What do you like best about Avetta?

Avetta has been most helpful in ensuring that we minimize our risk on jobsites. It's a place for our potential clients to see to it that we have safety policies in place along with insurance, etc. before bidding a potential bond. Granting them with the security of not having to deal with those sorts of safety risk. There could be more to gain from Avetta with it being a recognized platform for safety compliance, if there are I most definitely am not aware with some of the other services they provide. What do you dislike about Avetta?

We started our Avetta account to show future clients, like Amazon that we have the capabilities of taking on the larger projects with reduced risk. However, from starting our account in July of 2024 we haven't landed a job from using Avetta. I believe we've had one, maybe two potential clients reach out to us via Avetta. What do you like best about Avetta?

I like how easy it is to update and navigate. I can tell at a glance what is out of compliance and what needs to be updated. It also sends regular communication about the compliance, making it easier to assign to other internal parties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avetta?

I really don't like updating my insurance section. It has each section in a different area and I have to upload the same document for those different areas. It would be much faster if I could fill it out all at once, upload multiple documents and be on my way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Avetta?

We love that we are notified right away when something is out of compliance or needs attention. It is obvious that this is monitored closely and is beneficial to us in our relationship with our clients, so we can take action promptly. What do you dislike about Avetta?

The only downside is how quickly it reviews your information, honestly. Sometimes you'll submit something you've been working on for days and within minutes it will reject it. It's really a positive but it's kind of soul crushing at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Avetta?

What do you dislike about Avetta?

The virtyal assistant is useless and very frustrating. It has mis-interpreted me may times and simply hung up the phone. On average it takes three calls before I can get to someone that can help. You need some REAL PEOPLE to answer the phone. Better spoken English would help. Sopmetimes it is near impossible to understand what is being said. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Avetta?

The Avetta system holds you to account and ensures you are in tune with the latest developments. It also gives the clients the ability to ensure consistence among its suppliers, which in turn keeps the level playing fields for tendering.

Although the system has been quite easy to use and interact with, the support team have been good to deal with when we have needed assistance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avetta?

When we first dealt with Avetta it was not clear that the documentation needed to our generic versions. Our first interaction was due to our engagement with Fortescue and we were under the impression all the documents needed to based on our FMG Operations. What do you like best about Avetta?

I have been using Avetta for a couple of years now, I really like the way they have the questionnaires set up, ease of access to non finished questions and its customer support. I have contacted customer support on a few times and they are always quick to repply and help you navigate through the issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it frustrating you cannot communicate that the information on one form is the same as the next, etc. Ex: insurance. It would be valuable if the insurance could be checked off on one form that has multiple insurances listed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Avetta?

I like that Avetta has Vetify which we use for our customer support - which does a lot more hand-holding for those companies that are too big or too busy. With the implementation of Analytics, it's much easier to run reports. I'm in the system pretty often and it's very easy to use. They take my suggestions to improve performance. What do you dislike about Avetta?

Cost. Increasing 15-25% each year yet not offering anything additional to justify the cost increase. IS Networld is a strong competitor at half the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
