Thanks to its built-in premium document imaging technology core, AvePDF provides professionals of all industries the tools they need for their daily document management tasks, as well as more advanced functionalities like - hyper-compression - office formats conversion to PDF - form fields support - DXF, SVG, and DICOM conversion to PDF - PDF/A conversion for long-term archiving - redaction to remove sensitive data from a document - advanced encryption features - repair - OCR - online scanning - annotations - content removal - Web optimization - and more! The highest level of security and confidentiality is provided. All files are encrypted and the user can choose to delete the documents processed manually. What do you like best about AvePDF?

I have been using this tool for a good period, and all I can say is that it's amazing. It has all the essential features for editing a PDF and some standout features such as Hyper-compress PDF and PDF/A. The best part is these all come free of cost and without any hassle of downloading any software. The interface is user-friendly, and the tool is quite easy to use, along with blazing fast processing. This is probably the only PDF tool that I have come across that offers PDF tools in 31 languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AvePDF?

There is no Mobile App. Sometimes there is a change in font upon conversion from PDF to PPT. Also, the interface for reordering the PDF could be made simpler and glitch-free. Apart from these, the tool has been relatively stable upon usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AvePDF solving and how is that benefiting you?

AvePDF provides all the requisite PDF tools in one single place. We primarily use this tool to super compress PDF files so that these can be sent quickly. It has also come quite handy to remove password security from PDFs. OCR generator has also been equivalently amazing and has been able to generate the output correctly. What do you like best about AvePDF?

I use this platform quite often whenever I have to make changes to a PDF file or things like that. The fact that you don't need to install software and can use all features online like split, crop, merge, etc., makes this platform a must if you are dealing with a lot of documents in your day-to-day work.
