Everything is heard clearly and without interruptions, which facilitates and gives greater confidence to the calls. **What do you dislike about Avaya Communications APIs?** What doesn't convince me about Avaya Communications APIs is that it doesn't store a complete call history, which prevents me from always reviewing what happened in past conversations. Once we used the avaya cloud that worked better as well. All our calls were recorded which was good as well **What do you dislike about Avaya Communications APIs?** What I disliked about avaya was the fact that it had a lot of issues when it came to using service titan. the bubbles would not populate and the calls would sometimes not come up. **What problems is Avaya Communications APIs solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are no longer using avaya. We are now using Go To. so I would be unable to answer this question truthfully. Since switching we have had less issues with our phone system ### 9.
