What do you like best about Avail, by Realtor.com?

Sending a lease is easy. I was able to send one to my tenant quickly and felt confident in the content of the lease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avail, by Realtor.com?

The payments section does not appear to be in chronological order. For example, it will display a previous month's payment at the top instead of the most current month. I do not appreciate this format. Additionally, it does not make it clear when a lease is expired or not currently collecting payments. Instead, it just says that the balance is $0, which makes it seem like everything is current. This is my least favorite part of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Avail, by Realtor.com?

Avail provides all support needed to manage my rental properties. Helps advertise vacant units, request rental applications and credit reports, sign leases, and collect rent — all online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the software and have no complaints. It is very easy to use. Help keep important data very organized and secure. A great tool to communicate in a very professional way as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Avail, by Realtor.com?

Very easy to use. Keeps up with local landlord-tenant law and updates lease content regularly. Very easy accounting and tenant payment platform. Good listing coordination and application processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Avail, by Realtor.com?

My most favorable feature is the simplicity and how easy it is to operate and its very resourceful as well a great way to communicate with the tenants and i am currently transfering over from another software i used for years so this site allows me to integrate all my previous tenants. The Marketing site doesnt allow the realtors to really personalize the marketing site Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, there's not much I don't like, but if I had to nit-pick something I'd say rent collection should happen faster automatically without having to turn on the FastPay feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't found many downsides of the platform. But the webpage Avail generates to show open properties isn't the best. Would love a WordPress integration to use with my own site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
