What do you like best about Avail, by Realtor.com?

The most helpful feature of Avail is the lease template with the appropriate language included based on the property location.

What do you dislike about Avail, by Realtor.com?

All the features are helpful. The only area that could make it better would be the speed of payment receipts. The tenants ability to pay to ensure landlord receipt before agreed upon late fee date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Avail, by Realtor.com?

I like the ease of use in Avail. The free account does not skimp out on the services available for landlords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not like that avail will take money out the tenants account, even if there is no funds in the account. Avail will deposit the money into the Landlord account and then take the money right back out without notice, leaving the landlord at risk of overdraft fees. Avail is almost like a turbotax of a rental platform. Walks you through all the steps with easy questions and fills in your info into a contract at the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The free version takes 8 business days to transfer money to your account. I could understamd 3-4 days but i thinl they're doing this on purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To your point about us being an honest one stop shop for landlords, we concur! I did want to quickly address your point of feedback on payment processing times because we also operate with a high level of transparency in how we do things (and we always want our customers to feel heard too). We are somewhat at the behest of the US federal banking industry's processing speeds and also wanted to point out that these times can vary, in some instances taking longer depending on if the payment falls on or shortly before a federal banking holiday. Never do we delay payments deliberately unless there is a verification issue or scenario where an error notification is being returned from the bank.

That being said, we truly value feedback like this as it keeps us honest and helps us to continue to work towards improving tools in a way where you can get even more value out of using them! :) Thank you so much again for the honest review and we are thrilled to have you as a loyal customer.

I really dislike the interface where you set up payments and lease dates. The apartments.con one is far better and more intuitive. The lease preparation is not so intuitive when compared to other products in the market. There is definitely room for improvement. Also the rental marketing of a property is not good. There needs an improvement with property marketing as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Avail, by Realtor.com?

When I first started my rental house, I knew I was going to need a program that would help me manage funds and keep track of important information. Thankfully, I found Avail and the process has been a breeze! The program helps me keep track of expenses and provide information to my tenants quickly and efficiently. I love using the program and some of my tenants have said how much they wish their previous landlords would have used it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avail, by Realtor.com?
