By using their low-code platform, we’ve been able to deploy specialized AI agents that handle everything from appointment scheduling to insurance verification without needing a massive dev team. I’ve used plenty of "conversational" bots that act as glorified search engines for our knowledge base, but Avaamo is fundamentally different. It’s an Agentic AI, which means it actually has the "agency" to perform work. I love that I can deploy named agents like Faith for technical troubleshooting or Grace for access management, and they operate like autonomous members of my team.

**What do you dislike about Avaamo?**

One thing I’ve noticed is that the transition from 'Conversational' to 'Agentic' requires a very disciplined approach to our internal documentation. Because the agent actually executes tasks like password resets or software provisioning, our back-end SOPs and API documentations had to be spotless. It’s not a 'plug-and-play' toy; it’s a sophisticated digital worker, so you have to be prepared to do the foundational work to ensure the agent has the right permissions and pathways to be successful."
