**What do you like best about Auzmor Learn?**

The clean UI is intuitive and makes for a great user experience overall. They have been consistently adding new features based on user feedback, and we feel very much a part of the future of Auzmor Learn as a product and Auzmor as a company. A must have for us was integration with the on-premise version of Active Directory, which the Auzmor team was able to do for us perfectly.

**What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?**

Currently it is not a fully mature LMS. With time, however, and given the new features we've seen released so far, it will have all the offerings any company would need out of an LMS. One issue that we have had to work around is that Auzmor Learn does not truly support is a company organizational structure. You can only have a team with managers assigned to it, instead of managers with reports. This prevents any upper level managers from seeing what the lower teams are doing unless we go assign and maintain all of the managers up the chain in each team.

**Recommendations to others considering Auzmor Learn:**

Features may be light at the moment, but they are continuing to grow in the right direction and are actively listening to their users.

**What problems is Auzmor Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Auzmor Learn, all of our training was decentralized and inconsistent throughout our organization. Now we are able to send out E-Learning content to everyone in our company. A big win for us is the expiring certifications, which allows us to keep up with all the different compliance training our employees have to do. However, we haven't used the product long enough to really quantify any benefit yet, but so far so good.

**What do you like best about Auzmor Learn?**

The reporting is incredible and I think Auzmor Learn has all the features that an LMS should have. The SSO was really helpful for us and the system is really easy and has a great UI. They do a great job of listening to client needs and continuously developing their product to make their client experience better. Their approach to support is great.

**What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?**

I wouldn't say there is anything that we dislike. Their team has been great to work with and always are very helpful with everything we have needed.

Auzmor is a great partner- Go for it! The ease of use of the product is great and makes the speed of implementation quick.

It has really helped us have a centralized training process. Now when we hire new employees we have one place where everything is done through. All employees get the same onboarding experience.

It is a really easy system to navigate. Onboarding is minimal since it's so user friendly.

I really don't have any complaints about the system. It has been a great tool and resource for our open especially during these tough times.

If you're looking for an easy to use, uncomplicated LMS system, Auzmor is a great option.

We have been able to address complicate learnings, but also morale boosters. This season has been very difficult for our company, so providing trainings for managers and employees, while offer uplifting tedtalks has been great.

**What do you like best about Auzmor Learn?**

The initial process from reviewing the product through the LMS onboarding was very personable and made the decision to choose Auzmor Learn feel like the best fit for our agency from the start. The platform is straight forward and easy to navigate which was essential for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?**

This is a difficult question to answer because the majority of the issues we encountered were corrected in very little time. I do believe a mobile version/app would be very beneficial.

**Recommendations to others considering Auzmor Learn:**

If you are looking for an LMS with excellent customer service and ease of navigation, this LMS is outstanding. The LMS is great for corporate learning and continuing education which is our primary use. If you need more of an educational, classroom type of platform where you need grade books, etc, this may not be the best option for you.

**What problems is Auzmor Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our situation is unique and Auzmor Learn has given us the ability to increase the availability of the training we offer. The dashboard has made it easier to navigate the LMS for many of our learners who may not be as technologically inclined as others.

**What do you like best about Auzmor Learn?**

It gives you access to the OpenSesame learning portal giving you countless courses and training videos to use. On top of using the courses provided, you can create your own courses geared to your needs.

**What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?**

There are not many things that I find wrong with the platform. I would say the only thing that is frustrating is that sometimes the insight given does not match if you look at it from the course level, to company wide level.

**Recommendations to others considering Auzmor Learn:**

The implementation team is very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to answer our questions and teach us along the way with every personal need we had, so if you are nervous to make the decision off of the scary implementation process, there is no need to worry. The auzmor implementation team will be extremely helpful and be able to solve any issues your team might come across.

**What problems is Auzmor Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has certifications that our staff needs to meet due to client regulations, and auzmor allows us to meet these requirements for every employee. We are just at the beginning of utilizing the platform, but a benefit we hope to utilize in the near future is the ability for our staff to take courses not just to meet regulation standards, but to also grow and develop their skills and work ethics.

**What do you like best about Auzmor Learn?**

Their engineering team make you feel like you are the center of their world. We have had numerous software providers who take feedback from us but we dont hear from them afterwards, but with Auzmor they follow up to ensure that every training problem you face is address with the LMS platform. 

If the volume of the request is huge, they let you know how long it is going to take to implement it. By far the best experience I have had user feedback on product development.

We worked with their engineering team to develop numerous reports  on User/Team ad organization level and are very happy with the way things are addressed.

**What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?**

A few features should have been thought through as mandatory requirements but yes they are open for a discussion at every turn.

**Recommendations to others considering Auzmor Learn:**

If you are a training specialist and want to work with a team who will consider your real world training problems to build a modern LMS , go for Auzmor.

Reporting of training along with modernizing course delivery with a young and vibrant user interface. My employees needed very little time to get used to the LMS during implementation.

**What do you like best about Auzmor Learn?**

Having all required reading in one place. The interface is really easy to use as well. Once assigned and notified, you can log in immediately and start learning. I serve as an admin, so going in and assigning reading to new employee coming in to the company, takes not time or effort.

**What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?**

Time tracked during required learning doesn't feel accurate. No sure how this is tracked, but the time my window has been opened doesn't correlate to the amount of time tacked. Also if you have a lot of required reading loaded in to Auzmor, it can be a little difficult to find the specific trainings. There is a search feature, but if you looking through a lot of policy that start with the same values, it can be difficult.

**Recommendations to others considering Auzmor Learn:**

You shouldn't hesitate, It helps with our policies and procedures 10 fold. Allows your employees to learn on their own time, easily and effectively.

**What problems is Auzmor Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily assigning all required reading to all employees. Time saver for sure. Instead of trying to get all required reading to each employee individually, we can just assign them to the group, and the reading is available immediately. The tool is allowing our company to work directly with our employees and see real time metrics. We can track total time training for the employee base, as well as, looking at individual employees and figuring out if there are ways we can improve or increase our training time, to meet minimum requirements.

**What do you like best about Auzmor Learn?**

Sandeep and the entire Auzmor team are very collaborative and take suggestions very well! The contact communication between the Auzmor team and our company is great. we would meet on a weekly basis to report any issues/improvements on our end. We would also use this time for outstanding action items from Sandeep and team and he would give us a very detailed update.

**What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?**

Auzmor is a new LMS, but that does not stop them moving forward with upgrades! One drawback would be that features are very iterative, so some things might not be priority until the next few sprints for their team. That is no fault on them, however, since they run on a SCRUM team.

**Recommendations to others considering Auzmor Learn:**

Auzmor is constantly rolling out new features, so my recommendation would be to continue that process because it benefits the end user.

**What problems is Auzmor Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are tracking completion and the analytics piece is very useful. We are using the platform as a training resource for the time being. We will also be using the tracks portion of Auzmor. one of the ways we are envisioning in using it is creating different tracks so supervisors can assign different tracks to people. The system allows for easy progress/tracking and allows both the user and admin to see where they are in their trainings. One of the problems we solved is that it keeps people accountable when it comes to training. Auzmor has allowed us to have a system where training, tracks and other items to be tracked. We now have a system that allows records to be kept on all users.

**What do you like best about Auzmor Learn?**

Auzmor is an easy platform to navigate, it looks clean and functions well. The insights provided are great as well and show data on exactly what you want. The team is also amazing and super friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond to try and help and accommodate the needs of my organization. New features get rolled out every few months and they also offer the added benefit of customizing features if needed for your company.

**What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?**

Nothing that I have seen so far. What they offer has really grown this past year and I like them even more after each update. While they do constantly roll out new features there are still some things missing that would be really great to have, like an app. Users can view content on their mobile devices through the browser but it brings up pop ups a lot of the time and some of my users have found this to be a bit annoying and tedious. Having an app would really streamline the LMS experience and make Auzmor even more user friendly for employees and administrators akike.

Go with them! The system is great and their team cares and is always available to help!

Getting OSHA compliant and training new employees has never been easier. It is very fast to add a new employee into the system and have them learning in a matter of minutes.

**What do you like best about Auzmor Learn?**

It's going to sound strange, but one of the more appealing aspects of the learning curricula are the soft skills often neglected in favor of simply improving software skills.  Becoming better at a program is only mildly useful if the learner is incapable of communicating with his peers, doesn't meet deadlines or cannot interact well with others.  Yet these personality traits that signal the difference between good and bad coworkers usually go completely neglected.  We look for opportunities to have our staff develop as people, not merely software skilled robots.

**What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?**

There is a great inconsistency from class to class, almost as if there is no  learning template in place that forces a consistent structure to searching, description and evaluation.

**What problems is Auzmor Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We like having so many choices because everyone's needs are different.  Sometimes it is merely skills reinforcement for the next level of proficiency with a particular software title and sometimes it is the soft skill learning that will help improve an employee's overall performance.

**What do you like best about Auzmor Learn?**

I went through a number of LMS demonstrations before landing on Auzmor. I found their platform intuitive for the user which is what I was looking for. I also found value in their partnership with OpenSesame. Not only did we find a great LMS platform and delivery system but had access to a content library.

Here is the other great thing about Auzmor: Their customer service is outstanding. We worked with Zee during our demo and initial implementation and Sandeep through onboarding. They have both been awesome to work with. Auzmor delivers on their customer service.

I've come across a couple changes I'd like to see. When I mentioned them to our rep Sandeep, he noted that they are in the que for development. This is a company that leverages and responds to client feedback to improve their service.

Improved delivery of compliance training and employee training initiatives. Feedback from our employees has been positive.

Auzmor provides reliable delivery of all our training content, from PDF's to advance StoryLine files.

I'm a fairly new user and have experienced some challenges associated with previewing content in Auzmor before assigning to staff.

Due to the pandemic, we have had to maximize remote learning options and Auzmor allows us to do just that.  We are even able to record completion of instructor-led sessions for addition to trainee transcripts.

Its super easy to start creating courses and add media files to the course. We had huge amounts of data that we were maintaining offline and we managed to bring them all into the LMS as a course and are now able to track progress and automate a lot of processes in training.

Sometimes there are too many features getting added and I have to play catch up, but this is a good problem to have.

You can go with Auzmor, purely for their support and Customer success teams. Rest assured that they really care of the problems you face in training your employess.

**What do you like best about Auzmor Learn?**

The best thing about the Auzmor Learn LMS is the ease of use and how intuitive the platform is. The people with whom we work! Both Zee and Sandeep are awesome! Very professional, responsive and detail-oriented.

**What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?**

It took extra time to get our site live and synced up with the 3rd party, Open Sesame where our trainings were coming from. Our representative, Sandeep was on it and got it done.

**Recommendations to others considering Auzmor Learn:**

Stop waiting. It is so easy to implement and has every possible training you can imagine. The level of customer service is wonderful  and your HR staff will love it.

**What problems is Auzmor Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We searched and previewed every possible option for a new LMS and when I met Zee and she walked me through a quick 15 minute demo; I was sure that we had found the winner. The user interface is so much better for our employees, managers and for us that are administrating it. The day we launched we started receiving so much positive feedback from staff, it was very exciting. It's almost like they enjoy doing the required training now!

Most of the LMS applications are very complicated and Auzmor Learn has overcome all that and it is user friendly in-terms of searching for a particular course or navigating to a course or viewing the results. The courses along with the Q & A session at the end seems to be interesting as we could brush up the topics at the end. 

**What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?**

I could not think of it at this moment. Once I am more into the application and more courses I could analyse the same.

I have come across many new courses that are related to work where the tool is new to me and Auzmor Learn helps me to learn about the technology so easily as all the related topics are there at a single place and we need not go to various links in You Tube to learn about the complete tool.

I found it easy to export team reports and to perform bulk actions as they were straight forward. Their Learning path comes in handy to create training programs for the team as well.

**What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?**

None but would be great for some one in this domain to come up with a translate option to accomodate a few employees.

**Recommendations to others considering Auzmor Learn:**

Their customer support team is friendly and knowledgeable. 24/7 support and hope they continue to remain the same way in the years to come. We are interacting with one Sandeep in their team and he has been very helpful in getting us up and running.

This removed human intervention in tracking employee on-boarding and training and it gives a snap shot of where each employee is in terms of completing their training.

**What do you like best about Auzmor Learn?**

Easy onboarding, easy to use, easy learning. An interface that takes me to what I'm looking for, quickly. Teams/individuals can get started with learning in a matter of minutes and there is so much flexibility for structuring course material. Many LM Systems out there are so overbloated and confusing you need to keep calling in for support. Auzmor Learn is built in a way that requires little to no training. In the rare event you do have doubts, their support team is always on standby. 

**What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?**

Not a lot to dislike. Their reports could be a bit more detailed but their support team have indicated it's under development and may include predictive analytics and insights in the future. By integrating learning outcomes this feature would make it possible to build out courses for maximum effectiveness taking individual backgrounds, their schedules and their goals into account, and dynamically change it as they change their needs.

Just start using it! Enough said.

Greater productivity, Teamwork and culture. Most employees want to make an impact but often don't know how or where to start. Auzmor Learn makes it possible for people to add value within days.

Auzmor does a great job to provide personalized support and help through your experience. We are able to get our questions answered quickly and they are open to feedback and changes of the tool, that they discuss with the Product Team and add to backlog. They also have great library or resources through OpenSesame. I hear there is a module being released soon so you can host virtual online classrooms!

**What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?**

Auzmor is missing some user experience elements for the learner, but they are doing everything they can to listen to our feedback and apply it quickly.

**What problems is Auzmor Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've just begun, no problems solved yet, but we are looking for a space to centralize all training for our distributed company. We have a lot of passion about the growth of our teams!

Staff was able to help us through the growing pains of building our first LMS. Not without it's challenges, with content from multiple sources, but they did a great job working with us and our providers to get things rolling.

Once content was loaded, assigning courses was a breeze.

Updated functionality (it seems on about a monthly basis) is only improving the product.

Mike and Sandeep were very patient and responsive to my questions and thoughts.

**What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?**

Initial coordination with our content provider was the only real issue. Once we were all focused on the "prize", things started to go much more smoothly.

**What problems is Auzmor Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of managing multiple classes (about 45) with multiple layers of employees (about 50). We have a few different groups with different training needs, it was easy to set this up.

Nice that attendees can also move ahead by choosing additional courses from the library.

If you are looking for an LMS which is simple and easy for your learners to use, Auzmor Learn is your best bet. The experience for Admins to set up courses and training modules is simple using Learning Paths.

Our clients need our employees to be trained in specific areas before we involve them in their IT projects. Auzmor Learn has helped us  keep track of the trainings that are required for the project to be successful.

**What do you like best about Auzmor Learn?**

The ease of use for the learner and the administrator. Very responsive customer support.  They listened to our issues and tried to address them all. 

Initially, the report function that we needed wasn't available, but the support team seems to have fixed that issue.  I can now download the reports that I need.  We recently had a notification email issue, but I believe that has been fixed as well. 

**What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?**

The admin not being able to change a learner's email address without having to delete the person in the system or generate a new account for the same person. I understand the philosophy behind not being able to, but if the person's name stays the same, then the email address could be changed....we sometimes have people that start as as subcontractors (and complete training) and then are hired as employees (and get a company email address). In those cases, it would be helpful to change the email address without losing credit for the courses that the person already completed.

Previously, we tracked our training/required reading manually.  It was labor intensive.  Plus, we are a small business, but we are growing, so the manual method was no longer feasible.

Their support team is the best I have ever seen, every request is patiently addressed and a quick resolution is made on most occasions. They are really customer focused, they take feedback very seriously

Frequent product update makes it difficult keep up with their product team, but this is a good problem to have. :)

It was easier to create lessons and assign. I could assign to people even outside my organization and with assessments, I could use this for hiring purpose as well. Something that could work for a lot of people than invest on multiple tools.  Works on mobile and it was easy to take lessons on the go.

If I could have an option for theme change and all so that, it would be good, that's more on personal customization where users could feel good. Could have mobile version for course creation.

Major plus is Design. The UI makes you love with the product and the accessibility of the product was very easy
It gives many roles like #ADMIN #PRIMARY ADMIN #LEARNER #MANAGER. You can't get this much roles in any other product

The tool is user friendly, also looks modern. Much better than my previous LMS which i used in my previous company. Glitch not found, pretty much fast and up to the mark. Easy to navigate and keep track of progress.

Nothing much, everything is satisfactory. Would be great if you guys keep you the good work and maintain this level of quality. Never easy to find something like this in the market.

I have used a lot of products over the years but nothing close to Auzmor Customer Support team. They are very helpful and they usually will not tell use the "NO" unless its a crazy request.

**What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?**

Payment via credit card is not an option when we signed the contract. It would be nice if they accept credit card payments instead of checks. 

**Recommendations to others considering Auzmor Learn:**

They really care about their customer and are willing to go the 10 extra miles. A year later with NO regrets, this usually isn't the case with software vendors.

It helped with seamless on-boarding and training sales and recruitment teams . Saved us a lot of time and repeat trainings session.
