I loved how wasy it was to set up. I spun up a VM, copy/pasted the setup script, told it a subnet and BAM! done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the Network View is programmatic - I can not manually group, arrange, or "Depth" my equipment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps provide insight into a network that we wouldn't otherwise have. Support has always been excellent as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our primary focus is on security. If Auvik could provide alerts when new devices connect on the network, that would give us something additional we don't have available for small clients/small networks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its automatic network discovery features make discovering complex network layouts easy. The advanced monitoring and alerting logic allows us to stay ahead of issues with client networks and troubleshoot problems quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Adding new sites requires some hand-holding, especially when it comes to ensuring that everything has correct credentials. This is true of all network monitoring products. It also poorly integrates with our ticketing system, but the API has allowed us to work around this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Auvik is helpful in the sense that it provides a central location to check if anything is offline. Specifically for after hours alerts, seeing the page come through and being able to check it instantly with the Auvik link is incredibly convenient. I like how robust it is and the many capabilities it has. Integration with ITG and connectwise is awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Alerts can sometimes be overwhelming and the connector itself can be a pain to install. The automated mapping between devices can be a little hectic, but you can manually figure this out and be fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Auvik is great for mapping out your networks. It's really nice to get an overall view of your networked devices and how they all connect to each other. And it's wonderful for troubleshooting outages and connection issues because you can see everything including the actual switch ports being used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Auvik can be a bit confusing to set up more than the basic functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Auvik helps identify networking issues in a timely fashion and saves tech time and client frustration. Auvik also has excellent built-in tools to help identify changes that were made so you can identify and revert changes if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much that we don't like about Auvik. Auvik is constantly improving upon the product and making it better as each day goes by. One thing that would be great is if detection of SNMP changes would be quicker but understandable due to the amount of data it collects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
