What do you like best about Autotouch AI?

What I like best about Autotouch is how much research is already done by the time I am working through tasks.

Before, I would spend a lot of time going back and forth with ChatGPT, LinkedIn, company websites, and random notes just to figure out what was going on with an account and how to personalize the outreach. That process worked, but it was slow and easy to overdo.

With Autotouch, the agents help surface leads that are showing intent or have some relevant reason to reach out, and then the context is already attached when I am doing the task. I do not feel like I am starting from a blank page every time. I can see why the lead matters, what the angle is, and then move into the email, call, or follow-up. What do you dislike about Autotouch AI?

Some of the newer features are still evolving, so every once in a while it takes a little time to understand the best way to use them. The agent setup is powerful, but I think more examples or templates would help new users get to a strong setup faster.

What do you like best about Autotouch AI?

As a sales manager, I use Autotouch almost daily, and it’s made my job much easier by helping me provide enriched accounts and contacts to my sales reps. After I started using Autotouch, I immediately began booking more meetings and have seen more pipeline generated. Nic is incredibly quick to respond to my questions, and the onboarding process was smooth, quick, and easy.

I use Autotouch AI to automate a lot of our account research for scoring and segmentation, which saves us a ton of manual work and lets us create extremely valuable lists for prospecting. I love how it's much more affordable than other platforms while not lacking any functionality. Our customer service rep has been extremely helpful and attentive. Autotouch AI helps us do research on websites and companies that other tools like ZoomInfo don't do well on, effectively taking the manual research out of the equation. The best part of Autotouch has been the agent feature!

It helps us find leads that are actually showing some kind of intent or relevant signal, instead of just giving us a giant list of names to sort through. That's been the real difference. It feels much more targeted.

The agents take a little tweaking to get right. It's not complicated, but there's definitely some trial and error in figuring out the right filters, signals, and prompts to get good results.

What do you like best about Autotouch AI?

As a founder doing sales myself, the best part of Autotouch is that it helps me find people who are showing some kind of relevant signal and then move them into outreach without me having to build a whole process around it.

Before, I would spend a lot of time trying to figure out who was worth contacting, checking LinkedIn activity, company updates, hiring signals, or other clues that made an account interesting. The hard part was not just finding more leads. It was finding leads where there was actually a reason to reach out.

Autotouch helps with that. The agents surface leads based on intent signals, and then I can automate the outreach from there. That is a big deal for a small team because I do not have SDRs building lists or researching accounts all day. The main thing is that the agent setup takes a little tuning. You need to think through the signals you care about and test the setup a bit before it feels dialed in.

What do you like best about Autotouch AI?

I have been using Autotouch AI for over a year now and love the simplicity of the tool and how it was designed. I can tell it was built by someone very intimate with the problem being solved. It's a great product at the right price. I appreciate the ability to reach out with a good list without needing to combine so many tools and unnecessary features. The support is fast and excellent, with great founder-led assistance, and they provide some useful advice on best practices.
