An easy interface for building an automation script using blocks to create a workflow with the basic programming methods: if/else, foreach, et cetera, in which it is possible to insert more complex scripts, both by using other pre-established blocks and by scripting from scratch.
The ability to interface on both Windows and UNIX systems.
A powerful and complete scripting language with thousands of ready-made blocks of code.
A marketplace, managed by the manufacturer, with hundreds of plug-ins and ready-made workflows.
The software is perfectly integrated to manage and automate dozens of applications on the market: Apache, Tomcat, Remedy, VMWare, SAP, MySql, Jenkins, Office365, NetScaler, Siebel, SSH, Oracle.
The program scales smoothly from one server to an entire farm.
The manufacturer maintains a forum on which you can ask for help, there is always someone available to help you out.

What do you dislike about Automic Automation?
The debugger could be more analytical and descriptive.
Dashboard building features should allow for more flexibility and options.
Some processes could be more intuitive and above all troubleshooting could be more guided.
