**What do you like best about Automation Consultants?**

Automation Consultants didn't try to force a pre-canned approach on us. They took the time to thoroughly understand and document our requirements before proceeding with implementation.

**What do you dislike about Automation Consultants?**

The project took longer than we expected, but this has more to do with some of the more extensive programmes within ClearScore, which made it challenging to complete sooner.

**Recommendations to others considering Automation Consultants:**

Our experience with Automation Consultants was that the more we shared about our challenges, the more they offered guidance to help us overcome them. Early in the project, I clearly defined green, amber, and red lines, which indicated changes that I would approve, those I would consider with caution, and ones that I couldn't accept. Doing this early helped steer the project to the best options to achieve this.

**What problems is Automation Consultants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Atlassian Jira at ClearScore as a workflow tool to capture all requirements and then track them into releases. Over the last 10 years, our Jira setup has evolved organically with numerous projects, workflows and issue types. In short, it became a mess that was reducing productivity. Automation Consultants worked with us to define a target architecture and implemented this for all our teams. We now have a Jira system that is much easier to use, has a project per team and allows us to create a portfolio view that tracks all our epics back to programmes and milestones.
