"Reliable Automation Platform for Large-Scale Business Processes"
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

Automation is its ability to automate repetitive and rule-based tasks with minimal manual intervention. The platform is very user-friendly and allows both developers and business users to design bots using a visual interface. Features like the Control Room, reusable components, and easy integration with web applications make development and deployment efficient. It has helped our team automate processes such as data extraction, file handling, and system updates, which significantly reduced manual effort and improved accuracy. What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

One thing that could be improved in Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation is the learning curve for beginners when working with advanced automation features. Some components and error-handling configurations require experience to implement effectively. In addition, debugging complex bots can sometimes take time, especially when multiple applications are involved. However, with proper documentation and practice, these challenges become easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionizes Legal Work Efficiency, Needs More Templates"
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

I like how genuinely adaptable and reliable Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation is for our daily legal work. It handles small, unexpected issues like unusual contract formats and inconsistent data without freezing or needing constant fixes. It's incredibly consistent, which is critical in legal work where accuracy and compliance are non-negotiable. It runs smoothly in the background during busy periods and integrates well with our existing case management systems without a lot of hassle. Most importantly, it takes over mind-numbing, repetitive work so our team can focus on actual legal strategy and client support. It's not just fast—it's trustworthy, and that makes a huge difference for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

Even though the bots can adapt to different document formats, adjusting that adaptive behavior is still too technical. Our legal team can't easily edit it and we end up waiting for someone with automation expertise to make changes. I also wish there were more ready-made templates for legal work, like contract review, e-discovery, or data compliance workflows. Right now we have to build most processes from scratch, which takes a lot of initial time and testing. The biggest improvement would be building more legal-specific out-of-the-box workflows. Also, better no-code tools for managing exceptions would be incredibly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adaptable Yet Complex for Non-Tech Users"
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

I appreciate the adaptive, agent-driven workflow intelligence of Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation, which goes beyond basic RPA and is perfectly suited for our e-learning operations. Its agentic capability lets bots dynamically adjust to unplanned scenarios without requiring constant manual reconfiguration. I find this flexibility invaluable in our field. The platform also offers easy integration with our existing e-learning platforms and admin tools, allowing end-to-end automation of various tasks. Moreover, it provides stable and reliable bot execution, even during high-traffic periods, ensuring consistent service for our users. I also like its centralized monitoring and straightforward bot management, which makes it simple to oversee workflows and scale automation without the need for heavy technical support. These features combined save us significant time, reduce errors, and allow our team to focus on creating quality e-learning content rather than repetitive administrative work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

While Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation delivers strong value for our e-learning team in Berlin, there are a few areas where it falls short and could be improved to better fit mid-sized e-learning operations. One key pain point is the initial bot setup for industry-specific workflows. The platform lacks pre-built templates tailored for e-learning tasks such as learner data validation, certificate generation, or LMS content syncing. This means our team has to build most automations from scratch, which extends deployment time and requires more technical effort than expected. The agentic decision-making logic can also be overly complex to fine-tune for non-technical users. Though adaptive, adjusting how bots handle exceptions like missing learner information or inconsistent data formats often demands advanced configuration, making it difficult for our course administration and support teams to modify workflows independently. "Essential for Compliance and Efficiency in Banking"
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

I appreciate the unique ability of Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation to combine strong regulatory compliance with intelligent, autonomous exception handling, which is crucial for our banking operations. The platform’s agentic logic safely resolves routine exceptions within our compliance framework, reducing process delays and operational friction without manual intervention. Its enterprise-grade security, detailed audit logging, and seamless integration with our core banking systems ensure that every automated action is fully traceable, simplifying audits and meeting strict regulatory requirements smoothly. The automation scales smoothly across account opening, payment reconciliation, KYC, and loan processing workflows without compromising stability or data governance. This combination of autonomy, security, and reliability makes it stand out more than generic automation solutions. It's also a huge advantage that it serves our retail and SME customers faster by resolving routine issues safely within our rules and reduces implementation risk by fitting directly into our daily workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

One key frustration is that the agentic decision-making logic lacks transparency for compliance-critical tasks. When a bot resolves an exception during KYC or payment validation, we often struggle to quickly trace exactly why a specific judgment was made, which creates extra work during internal and BaFin audits. More detailed, audit-ready decision logs would be extremely helpful. Also, the platform could offer more pre-built, compliance-ready templates specifically for European banking, like native workflows under BaFin, SEPA payment validation, and GDPR-compliant data handling. Currently, we have to build almost everything from scratch, which adds to setup time and compliance risk. Additionally, the role-based access control could be more granular. It's too broad now, and we have to create custom workarounds to meet security policies. The initial setup was functional but fairly involved—typical for enterprise-grade automation in banking, though not as intuitive as we hoped for a team focused on day-to-day operations. "Empowers Intelligent Automation with Regulatory Compliance"
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

I really like that Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation offers strong regulatory stability combined with intelligent agentic exception handling, which is critical for our finance and insurance industry. It can resolve common discrepancies in claims, policy data, and transaction records while staying fully compliant with German financial regulations, reducing process downtime and manual escalations. I'm also impressed by its enterprise-grade security and audit trail capabilities that make audits smooth and help us meet strict compliance requirements effortlessly. Another major advantage is its reliable integration with our legacy banking and insurance systems, allowing us to automate processes without needing to rebuild our entire tech stack; it fits and scales across departments without disruption. Additionally, I appreciate its built-in compliance, audit logging, and security controls, all tailored for highly regulated industries like ours, making every automated action fully traceable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

First, the bot runtime consumes relatively high system resources when running multiple compliance and reconciliation tasks in parallel. During peak processing periods, this occasionally leads to slower execution or minor delays, which can be problematic in time‑sensitive financial settlement cycles. What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

I appreciate the balance of ease of use with smart adaptive behavior that Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation offers. It lets us build automations for tasks like file organizing, approval reminders, and feedback tracking without heavy coding, meaning even project managers can set up workflows, not just IT staff. The agentic intelligence is particularly valuable in our design workflow, as it can recognize common issues like missing metadata or misnamed file versions and handle them without breaking entirely, keeping projects moving smoothly. I also value how reliably it connects our creative tools, project management software, and client feedback systems, ensuring data syncs smoothly across platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

First, many of the built-in templates and automation examples are focused on finance, IT, or manufacturing—not creative and design workflows. Things like automated asset approval, design file versioning, and client feedback tracking require us to build almost everything from scratch, which takes more time than expected. I really like the strong adaptive automation logic of Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation. Its ability to handle exceptions autonomously without human intervention has made our development and testing pipelines much more stable and reduced unexpected interruptions. The integration with our existing toolchain is another aspect I appreciate. It seamlessly connects with our project management platforms, code repositories, testing tools, and internal IT systems without requiring heavy custom development. This integration unifies our workflows and automates data synchronization across platforms, making our processes more efficient. The way it turns rigid automation into resilient automation has cut down unexpected pipeline failures and reduced after-hours troubleshooting. I also value how it eliminates data silos and reduces human error, speeding up our development cycle considerably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

We also found that the permission and access control settings are somewhat inflexible. Managing role-based access for different team members involved in automation requires extra configuration steps and doesn’t always align smoothly with our existing Active Directory structure. Assigning granular permissions requires navigating multiple layers of settings, and the system doesn’t offer flexible, team-based role templates that match our development, QA, and IT operations groups. We often have to manually adjust permissions for individual users instead of applying bulk, role-based policies. It also doesn’t integrate as smoothly as we’d like with our existing Active Directory groups. We can’t fully sync AD roles directly to automation access rights, forcing us to duplicate permission setups in two places. The initial setup was straightforward for basic tasks but became noticeably more complex when configuring advanced agentic workflows and tool integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
