**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

The marketing module pays for the whole thing itself by automating the marketing side of the business to bring in repeat customers.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

Not very phone friendly.
I'm a mobile mechanic service and having easy direct access to the shop back end is helpful.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system is very light weight and quick to assemble estimates. 
It really helps with efficiency and time management.

Very inovative and great platform for automobile services industry and businesses as to help in our whole auto service management. Best features the we personally like Dashboard showing all analytical data related to customers sales, payments, our business shop, service centres Google ratings,etc.
Great features among all the features is that we can customers services scheduling through calendar..

Auto Leap is a game changer for scheduling day to day and keeping everyone up to date on whats ahead.  The customer support is amazing, and has the answers to your questions back to you in seconds.

The length of time to learn the entire system.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

So far I like everything about it. The ability to text customer and keep them updated. The ability to also send pictures, voice notes, videos are one of the few things that I like about Autoleap

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

Can't change the vehicle ownership as of now. From what I have been told, it'll be included in the next update. Besides this, nothing else comes to mind. Autoleap has been 👍🏽 so far

It's making it simple for shop owners to communicate with customer with ease. Also, keeping the customer happy with easy to use communication modules such as texting, digital inspections

The way overall information is made available (e.g. estimate, services), the marketing module, and communication with customers through SMS

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

Estimates should / could be easier and faster to be prepared when it comes to walk-in customer (time consuming, especially for new users);
The Help / Tutorial tool might bring click-on boxes with most seen /searched topics, according to AutoLeap's customers; 
The Browse / Services / Motor tab sometimes lacks information for certain categories

Managing my customers' overall satisfaction with our services, to measure technicians' performance, register the overall activity of the shop.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

All in one platform, easy to read dashboard, helpful staff, dahsboard feature is easy to read, made sure we were taken care of through the implimentation process.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

With any new system there are growing pains to get used to. One big thing from our techs is DVI's take a longer to fill out than previous system because of how they're set up.

All  in  one  system  so  we  aren't  having  to  toggle  between  multiple windows/systems  and  it  all  works  together seamlessly.  Customer  follow-ups have been another great feature

AutoLeap provides us with with all the features you would need, plus more, in the automotive industry. Support is quick to respond to your inquirires and the product offers multiple points of integration with other platforms. Implementation was a breeze and overall the software is quick, efficient, and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

The software, while all encompasing, is quite expensive. I wish the team was more forthcoming in terms of what is offered in each tier versus pressuring you to purchase right away.

Simplifying the customer experience, creating work orders, and repaid guides.

The way some canned services are in there but it will take time to get it set up correctly.

The customer service journey from beginning to end is easy and practical to start using the software from the first day. You can begin setting appointments, gathering essential customer info, assigning repair orders to team members, tracking the time taken to complete repairs, and recording tech notes.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

There isn't an AutoLeap app for techs instead of being forced to log in through a web browser regardless of that, it has all that you could need and want to be most efficient.

AutoLeap has saved us time intaking customers, ordering parts, following up with clients and collecting customer payments. Available reports are insightful to know what is working best and the areas for improvement.

AutoLeap does not have the ablility to merger duplicate vehicles yet, but they are working on that function as we speak.

Being the administrator for the repair shop, I find the scheduling and client contact features the most helpful. I find it very useful to be able to message customers directly from Autoleap.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

The overall organizational structure of Autoleap is very good, perhaps some features regarding search filters could be improved upon, but nothing specific comes to mind.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our shop has a lot of communication issues. Particularly communication between the Technicians and Service Advisor, and the Service Advisors and the customers. Autoleap allows one location for communication to happan and really eases a lot of tension our shop had previously.

With Autoleap, you have a full team behind you ensuring your success. Any problems you have will be addressed very quickly.

The cost can be high for a small business, but you get what you pay for and the product is definitely worth it.

Autoleap allows me to quickly make estimates and send them to the customer, where they can digitally approve and sign. This is a huge time saver and covers me for any disputes.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

The ease of use is the best feature. It is clear they have worked with a lot of auto shops because the features cover just about everything anyone would need. I looked at many competetors and the technology and the UX/UI were the best.  Also the integration of marketing and Google reviews was very helpful. Thier professional services team is excellent and great follow up. They also helped us design and lanuch our website which is a great service.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

There is very little I can say that is negative.  A few features like a wizard for our service writers.  I can not make many suggestions. They keep improving the product so I am very happy with that.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It streamlines our service writers and helps track tire inventory and hours on each job. The integration with our website and google reviews helps to drive business.

Auto Leap has helped me as a mechanic be able to keep track of jobs and to Bill jobs according to the amount of time spent in Parts orderd.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

The only hard thing I have experienced with autoleap was the integration to using the platform, since I had no prior experience with it.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Autoleap helps me keep track of the jobs that come in to the shop and to be able to order parts without having to contact part stores.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

The layout and functionality are great.  The implementation team got me started very quickly.  I was on a time crunch for renewal with my previous shop management and they made it happen so I didn't have a long disconnect from being able to track everything happening in my business.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

I haven't found anything I dislike about it.  It's priced fairly for what I get out of it and will be useful when I start hiring people to work for me since I can add them easily.

AutoLeap is helping with my Google presence by pushing reviews directly through to Google as well as allowing me to track reviews internally without having to send customers a link by phone or email.

They care about my success and my company's success. They were able to help me take a step in the right direction and get us to the next level in the automotive repair industry.

If you can get over the price point to access, you can see a return on your investment. It's leading the way in shop management and client interactions. It took me a while to overcome that, and I'm glad I did.

Customer interaction, retention, paperwork, online payment, office management, tech management, and vendor ordering. This has made our lives much more straightforward, and I can get more time with customers and hospitality.

I have nothing negative to say about AutoLeap. The team delivered on every single promise that was made from the original sales call to ongoing support.

Time! It's crutial that I be turning wrenches to generate revenue. AutoLeap gets me away from the desk and back under vehciles where my money is made

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

The most helpful thing I've experienced using AutoLeap thus far has been the support and availability of their implementation team, in particular my guy Colin Chan. Already feels like family and we hit it off instantly, plus he was kind of a wizard at having all the answers to my onslaught of questions the last few weeks. I also really appreciated how "unpushy" the signup process was to begin with. I did quite a bit of research regarding automotive softwares for my new business. After hours of 'down the rabbit hole' adventures I wandered down on the internet, I decided to pull the trigger on AutoLeap even though they are a little bit on the pricier side... They were my first demonstration and became the bar I compared other companies to. Again, I had a tough time wrapping my head around justifying the price for a brand new start-up shop in a new city without a single dollar of revenue yet, But literally being a 1-man show at the beginning, I was desperately hunting for a do-it-all software that could relieve some of the bookkeeping/accounting/estimating times that usually tend to bog down the independant shop owner and/or technician. I also really wanted a company with lots of support I could lean on when needed and the AutoLeap team I think is writing the book on this topic because everybody i've dealt with has been VERY quick to respond and either have the answer i'm looking for, fix the issue on the fly or flag it so it can be corrected on the development side. But it was the customer service and support i could tell they provide that ultimately sealed the deal, I requested demo's from other companies that didn't even get back to me and just made me think...If that is the level of attention or lack thereof they give somebody TRYING to spend their money with you on the front end, what type of support would they provide me down the road on the back end? No regrets on my end and i've found immense value in the product thus far.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

What i'm struggling with the most, being my own lead technician, is the integrated Motor Service manual... It's not as user-friendly as it was initially presented, and you essentially pay a monthly premium to have it. you also don't have the abilitiy to just sign into it and bounce around between different VIN numbers at your leisure...You basically need to have a repair order with vin number associtated and then you can get into THAT vehicle but it's kind of hard to get to...at least that's been my experience so far. Mind you, they have an updated version in Beta testing that they unlocked for me to try and I'm a little more satisfied, but it's still insufficient to be your standalone repair guide...Again, with price being a big hurdle for me starting out it was a cost i thought i would be saving month over month and helped me justify the sticker price, But i'm getting to the point where i'll need to purchase Mitchell or alldata or something like that to supplement, or even supplant Motor altogether.

Streamlining my estimating/write-up process and saving me tons of time with parts estimating integration as well as bookkeeping/accounting integrations. Coming from the employment world at the dealership level I don't have a ton of reference points to being a one man operation right now to compare to... but being an owner/operator/technician/service writer/janitor all wrapped in one human starting my business, I needed software that could take things off my plate, and I feel AutoLeap has been doing a good job at that for me.

The integration of all the parts suppliers in one place saves time.  I haven't used the Mitchell feature yet, assume the same result. The customer service is great!

Not a complaint, but is there a separate mobile app just for the chat feature? i would like to prompt my customers to notify me that they received the estimate. this way i know i have to return to my computer and order parts, it will also allow me to see if they will be picking the car up before closing.   Its easier to send a quick text rather than a few-minute phone call for one question.  They could also request all call via text.

The time spent bouncing around from parts house to parts house finding prices.  All of the automated features for reminders are also great. The overall product is easy and efficient.

Our business specializes in high performance engines and most of our vendors are not integrated with AutoLeap so the parts ordering feature is not as useful for us.

AutoLeap is simplifying the invoicing process by integrating with Quickbooks so I no longer have to enter everything twice. It is also simplifying the customer approval process by allowing them to approve services on their phone.
