**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

The Integrations that Auto Leap have incorporated are quite astounding... Easily passes desired info right to QuickBooks so I'm not stuck for hours inputting data and making sure everything jives. It's all done for you. The Implementations team was amazing to work with and made it extremely easy with being able to conform customer support around my busy scheduling. I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Katie for the onboarding assistance you provided. Your support has been invaluable, and while I anticipate needing further guidance as we move forward, I feel confident that we are well-prepared at this stage.  Katie Hiemstra you were AMAZING to work with... I also would like to mention that the real time assistance in the help section is a great added bonus, even though you don't need it all the time its a great tool to have at your disposal.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

Honestly, there are not may things to dislike... Plain and Simple, It's a great system at least for my requirements. It may not be the right one for everyone but after checking around and to other companies like "Shop Monkey" I'd choose Auto Leap again and again.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accounting, Inventory, Repair Times, and quite possibly in the future Marketing

The easy of understading the operation of the system.  It is very intuitive.

Nava gating some of the parts ordering, especially through Dealerships, can be confusing.  And too many clicks to pay with a credit card

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency in our Business.  We had been hand writing all estimates, and RO's.  Very Time Consuming

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

I am new to using Autoleap software for our recently purchased shop. The implementation was simple and the software syncs with our part suppliers and everything we need. Our employees are picking up the new software quickly. Customer's are loving the text and email options to confirm their appointments, approve work and receive copies of their invoices.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

The only tool I am missing is being able to clock out my technician if they have forgotten to clock out. I can adjust the hours, but if they forget to clock out on payroll cut off this means I need to manually calculate their hours now.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The shop we purchased had the same software from the 90s so we need a modern, cost effective system that integrated with our Canadian parts suppliers.

Hard to say any one thing because it's all fantastic. I love the UI in particular as it's very easy to use and convenient, especially for those familiar with quoting software and working on vehicles.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

If there was any one thing it'd be that the calendar can't be integrated with any other calendars.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They save a ton of time on invoicing and estimating cars. The DVI system is fantastic to instill trust in the customer. Text to pay as well as including links to leave reviews in that same text message are fantastic features I'd hate to live without!

It is very through, has certain information very quick to access. I also like the ability to have the customer authorize jobs on their devices. Also Jad Chanko is very good at teaching the software, he had patience and really made sure we knew what we were doing when we went live with the software.

Some information would be nice to quickly access. Also there should be a way to make phone quotes without putting information of the customer if they just want a price over the phone.

AutoLeap helped us move away from using pen and paper for our bookkeeping and instead using the system to help organize our workflow.
 Having canned services for specific vehicles being worked on is extremely helpful. We also like having the ability to organize inspections, making them more than just verbal.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

We were using two different software's for our shop before switching to AutoLeap. There were a lot of complications that came with that, but neither of the software's we were using before offered everything we needed in the single program. AutoLeap offers everything plus more, which allows us to have a much better shop flow with a lot less headaches. We also really enjoyed working with Adrien. He was amazing in getting us set up and walking us through the program. I absolutely loved that it wasn't a one and done, there were several zoom calls to make sure as we used the software that we were still running smooth. I had millions of questions each time, and Adrien was happy to help with everything. The simplicity of the software is also amazing. Within the first 2 weeks of using, we have had an increase in repair approvals. Highly recommend!!

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

The only thing I don't like is we won't have Adrien as our long-term contact, he was just for training. He allowed for our Integration process to be extremely smooth!!

They are giving us the ability to work without glitches and having a better way to communicate with our customers. AutoLeap gives our customers more control, which they love.

Ease of use – The interface is modern, intuitive, and quick to train new staff on, and the customer support is bang on!

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

The QuickBooks Online (QBO) integration could be better. While it covers the basics, it sometimes requires extra steps or manual adjustments to keep everything aligned properly. It works, but it’s not as seamless as we’d hoped.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AutoLeap is eliminating a lot of the manual data entry and back-and-forth we used to deal with. Estimates, work orders, and invoices are faster to create, and customer communication is mostly automated. That means we spend less time on admin and more time turning wrenches — keeping our team productive and focused on the work that matters.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

AutoLeap being web based makes it easy to sign into and work with. I like the digital inspections and reminder texts that go out to the customers. I like being able to have multiple tabs open with calendar and workboard. Being able to open a workorder while still working in the work order is a plus!

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

AutoLeap has a couple extra steps to make work orders. I find that with Motor to look up labor it doesn't always have what you are looking for so we have to use alldata sometimes to find specific labor times. Not being able to call and order a part and add the part without ordering is a struggle as sometimes it is easier to talk to the part suppliers.

Not having the system crash while using and locking you out of a work order.

I love Autoleap for the simplified workboard, I can track what is in the shop and what I have coming in. I have been utilizing the calendar which is helpful. Implementation was simple. Its our main shop program that we use daily.

It does not have integration with all of our local parts suppliers.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep track of what is going on in the shop. We are small but there are still lots of customers to keep organized. Best system I have used yet.

Having all programs available through one simplifies my day so much! If I have a question the feature available for Customer support has made learning great, integration and implementation of all used programs into one.  This is a system we will frequently use 9 hrs a day.

The modern UI and ease of use are my favorite parts of this program. Coming from a server-based outdated program that didn't fit the needs of our buisness i'm very satisfied with autoleap. Efficency for writing up bills, tech login, inventory feutures have all been increased multiple times over. We're saving hours of work with this program.

There isn't much integration for heavy duty vehicles, although we work around this issue without any problems.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

My experience with Autoleap has been fantastic. I have been learning so much and the team they have answer any and all of my questions, no matter how big or small. Katie has been integral to learning how to use Autoleap and has provided assistance immediately when emailed or called and always with eagerness to help me figure it out.

I love how everything is integrated with each other making the day seamless in terms of invoicing customers and tracking the vehicle and its services. Not to mention being connected to QBO, this feature has helped so much to track your accounting needs. I like using nexpart as it helps me significantly when adding parts to an invoice. AutoLeap is user friendly once you get the hang of where you need to put your labour, parts and canned items, its simple to use after some training. I've run into a few things that I couldn't figure out but our team at Autoleap was always there to answer and help. When I use the message feature someone gets back to me in less then a minute. This is so helpful for many obvious reasons.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

We just started a new shop, AutoLeap can keep our work orders organized and the Workboard is to helpful in the progress of the vehicle through the shop. We use it daily and a must have. I love that the Partstech is built right into the software to order quickly and efficiently. Any issues we had were quickly resolved, mostly user error on my part. We are integrated with Global Pay which is another bonus. Implementation was quick and we were up and running.

It is quite expensive, would love to see a more affordable option for small shops.

There's nothing so far that I can find that. I dislike about auto leave. I know that it can grow with me as a company. I'm currently a essentials subscriber if I jump to pro. It gives me the quality of life upgrades.

Keeping track of individual customers and their vehicles that they own. The specific repairs to each vehicle that they are requesting the cost of each repair. AutoLeap has been incredible so far. The platform is user-friendly and has allowed for easy implementation. We've been working with Katie Roylance on transferring data from our old software to AutoLeap and she has made it a breeze. AutoLeap provides easy communication - their team is available to answer questions.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

The only complaint, which is not a big deal, is we wish they had more after hour availability. When you have owners that work in the business, it's hard to be able to take Zoom calls as you have many inturuptions throughout the day. It would be helpful to have a team that could do after hour meetings etc.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AutoLeap is helping us solve challenges we were facing in our shop before, with the most significant being communication and organization. Their built-in SMS marketing was one of the main reasons we chose to go with AutoLeap. The software allows us to send reminders to our customers about appointments and when to schedule their next service. We are also able to run promotions through their marketing platform, allowing us to grow our customer base and retain more existing customers.

We are a company new to Autoleap, from training to support - top-notch service.  Adrien Gooding has been exceptional in every way.  The onboarding process has been seamless and the platform's functionality will be a massive time and fiscal resource saver.  The resources section is very detailed and the virtual assistance is quick and helpful.

My only suggestion would be the option to rename sections for more personalization.  For example, our race shop does not use odometer reading - in the vehicle section if we could change that to Transponder # that would be more helpful for our niche shop.

The application is net based and not dependant on a server. When we lost our present server connection I simply hopped onto my preferred browser and continued working.

I'm on the Chat feature at least once per day with their staff who are very quick to respond and equally helpful.

This is an entirely new system to someone who has used a different platform for 20+ years. That previous system was tailored to our business model and how we gather and process information. AutoLeap is working with us to help corral the information we need to monitor our business performance and meet our goals.

The user interface is better organized, with once glance I can see how far along each job is.

Very helpful in navigating auto leap and its uses

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

I get stuck sometimes looking for things when my information is incomplete

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous software was inconsistent and there was no support. Autoleap is very helpful, the implementation team has been extremly knowlegable and when uncertain, they are quick to find an answer and offer support

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

I have used other shop management software and have found Autoleap to be the best.  It integrates technicians, service advisors, parts ordering and customer communications seamlessly. It is accessible through the web and therefore can be accessed off site which is a huge bonus.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

My only complaint so far regarding Autoleap is how difficult it is to access historical records from our previous software.  It would be helpful if there was a report that would compile individual customer records into one printable file.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Autoleap has integrated our vehicle inspections, invoices and communications far better than our previous software.
