It gives us any information needed on all vehicles. We also love the option to send all estimates, invoices, and receipts via text.

I like the fact that appointment reminders are automated. Also the fact that I can easily print out my daily reports at end of day saves me a lot of time

It takes a few extra clicks to create an estimate as opposed to my previous system

User friendly, with a plethora of feature and great customer support. Integration was relatively seemless.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

I would prefer to be able to import a CSV file for inventoried products. Having to manually put every product in is very time consuming on the front end.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking inventory and customer history is the biggest value to us as an organization.

The whole program is great and super easy to use. I think the upside would be that there is a service button (?) that always helps you trouble shoot or a live agent to help without a long wait.

So far I have not had any dislikes. Everything is great.

There just isn't any hassle with this system. Plus it's a great work space to rearrange and organize the layouts.

Having an exact count of all invoices at the tip of my finger tips!

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

Every issue that I have ever had was operator error and techs have walked me through it with the utmost professionalism and patience. So no true dislikes.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recently had a double charge in Autoleap due to operator error so overall sales were not reflecting correctly, tech helped me remove duplicate charge and get my reporting back accurate.

Right from the on-boarding to customer support. Autoleap is a game changer, our shop went from all manual paper entries / bookings to everything being in the cloud. The software is powerful and has so many implementations to speed up bookings / organization / looking up customer history / scheduling. You name it this program does it. Highly recommend autoleap to any automotive shop looking to make a change for the better.

We just started using autoleap and I haven’t came across anything that I dislike. Very user friendly and customer support is A1

We especially like the CRM, a more intuitive and organized workboard and the review system. It was easy to implement, as we use the system in our daily lives and, as I said before, it's very intuitive. It also integrates with other APIs such as partstech and repair link, for example.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

At the moment we haven't found anything we don't like. Even if we think something is missing, we send it to support and they start analyzing whether they can implement something else or not.

AutoLeap was a very important turning point, mainly because it made it easier to use the CRM by linking it to customer data.

I appreciate how clean and organized it is and how the overall layout of the program makes it easy to use and understand

I do not like the tech view as an admin in a sense of accessing the repairs and services but that could also be due to my lack of experience. Do not like having to confirm status of the parts core before the job can be completed.

Streamline process from intake to the exit interview with the guest. Very easy software to use and navigate. The implementation process was on time, quick & thorough. This ensured great customer support and confidence when launching the program. Talia has been a phenomenal implementation partner!

Some application seem redundant and may not need to be there. In Partstech, when you access it you have to press the back button to return to the RO.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

That it is a dynamic system and that I can access it no matter where I am at, as I use it 5-7 days/week.
When we made the decision to switch to AutoLeap, we knew it was an easy choice. Sure, making changes is always scary when you've been using the same software for years, but AutoLeap made it an easy transition with the integration. They set it all up for you, make sure they turn out exactly what it is you are wanting. They check in with you weekly on Zoom to answer any questions you have and will do a remote session with you, to see firsthand what you are experiencing, so they can resolve any questions or issues to the fullest. I love that their system is dynamic and customizable. There is never a ticket that goes ignored as you are constantly seeing everything that is currently going on in the shop. We have been using AutoLeap now for 3-4 months and there is honestly very little, if anything that I see needs changing. Two thumbs up!

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

The only thing I am not crazy about, is when navigating AutoLeap, it will open a new window everytime you click to start something new, but with that also comes some perks, as you are able to reference previous windows easier.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything. We can see much clearer; money being made, sales, technician hours, everything. We changed software for this very reason. AutoLeap works FOR you.

The Implementation Consultant we had (Talia Bond) was there every step of the way to help us with any concerns we had. The software is amazing to work with, and how everything is integrated makes running a business much easier.

We have not found anything about Autoleap that we dislike yet. It is such a straight forward program.

It saves us the step of having to input invoices one by one, they have the suppliers we use already integrated into the system, so when we order the part is already on the customer's invoice, which saves a lot of time.

The customer support is fantastic too—whenever I’ve had a question, they’re quick to help. It’s also been great for keeping everything organized, and my team loves how much time it saves.

Honestly, I haven’t found anything I don’t like about AutoLeap so far. It’s been a fantastic tool for us, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the auto repair business.

AutoLeap has solved a major issue with tax calculations. Our previous system, designed for the U.S., didn’t properly handle Canadian tax rates, causing errors and confusion. It's made tax season much easier and helped us focus more on our customers

The customer service is just on point.  Quick responses and easy to get assistance when needed.  Everyone we have spoken with genuinely sounds like that want to help us.  Ordering parts is such an easy process.  Having all the fluid types and amounts readily available is so convenient.

I don't like how the customer chat notifications work.  You have to open and close chats and if it's open, it shows a notification even if the customer hasn't responded.  You have to close the chat to get rid of the notification.  Kind of an annoyance.

Helping keep track of customers vehicles, progress, parts ordering, and appointments.

I love the parts ordering and using Motor to look up labor, my old system did't have these options! It makes creating estimates quick and easy!  I also love to be able to send out reminders to customers as well as scheduling them within the system and the integration to Quickbooks Online.

I have been using AutoLeap for about a month and so far I have no complaints, every question has been answered!

It's very nice to have (almost) everything integrated into the same platform. We no longer need 10+ browser tabs open at any given time. I also appreciate how responsive the support chat is - this is a major improvement from our previous software.

There have been a few weird software glitches (i.e. certain functions working in one location and not others) Some that have been resolved in a timely fashion, and others that are still pending.

 Some of our staff have complained that the screen is too 'busy' and they're overwhelmed.

Increasing transaction efficiency which allows us to spend more time with the customer to enhance the service experience, which ultimately translates to higher sales

Having the ability of breaking down estimates into categories of importance and having the visual aids (DVI) to support the findings. It makes it much easier for the customer to understand; therefore, easier to sell additional services. The customer service from both the Help Line and Afan has been more than awesome (especially Afan).

Not having the availability to customize certain features in order to tailor to individual user needs.

I really enjoy that I can be connected through parts tech. It makes ordering parts much easier. I also like being able to look up labor times for repairs and being able to see repair diagrams when needed.

The system is very buggy and I constantly have to report issues with the system even though they have been out for almost a decade.
They do not allow any integrations with autoleap so you are stuck with what they offer and thats it.
You are stuck in a terrible contract with them no matter how useless the system becomes for your business.

They did not solve any issues for me and I left them. (although still paying because they secretly renewed my contract without my knowing)
