Everyone was helpful and gave advice upon asking questions.

Technicians can not input out mileage. We keep detailed stories and like to put in and out mileage.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payments are integrated with invoices and have the capabilities of adding credit card fees to pass on to customers.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

Very modern software with great customiseable features. Its really easy to schedule, create estimates, streamlined work orders and simple invoice process. Customer automated reminders is a major bonus. When it comes to vehicle inspections and how simple is to share it with customers it makes it very professional and gains alot of trust. 
When it comes to customer service AutoLeap are amazing , very prompt, confident and knowledgeable of their product. Top notch

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

Like any software it can and will have limitations. AutoLeap does not allow to print vehicle history as bulk or one file format just split into individual service jobs. 
Inspection reports have only but a few templates so it takes alot of shop time to input and customise. When quoting in same work order you can't toggle on off to show different prices for specific jobs only. But all these features can be and probably at some point will be added with future updates.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chasing customer for reminders or missed appointments. Sending pictures and videos in inspections so customers able to see it themselves rather than word recommendations. It creates more interactive and trusting processes with the customer and allows them to make a more informed decision when it comes to their vehicle repair.

Like with any new system the bumps to learn it make it a challenge.

The fact that parts ordering can be directly ordered with pricing and description onto the invoice is a great advantage.  Also the fact that it links with QuickBooks is a plus

fast and efficient, I like the options of having different screens out at the same time. Support staff is always very fast at getting back to and always ready to help:) So many great great features once you get to know them, saving tons of time

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

sometimes looking up tires, our msrp pricing appears to be placed in our cost and then we have to do manuals, also there's no prompt for missing address, assigned technicians, and if we add a vehicle with a plate # sometimes it still doesn't connect to motor

We really like how the certified inspections work and how presentable it is to the customer. Once we actually start receiving payments and going through customers to be able to see the health of the business on the dashboard.

The custom inspections need a little improvement. Motor was missing a few labour times.

Support is not the greatest. Instead of explaining how to do something, Theres always a video to watch and the videos can have many different ways on how to do a specific task. which is very confusing.

streamlined approach to having parts ordering and integrated labor times. I like having the benefits of the CRM module for my business and my Customers. The customer support has been fantastic from the autoleap team as well.

I haven't found any downsides as of yet.

saving me time when it comes to pricing out jobs, gives me more time fixing cars. CRM module has been great for appointment reminders for customers, less no shows.

I liked the customer service and the training. I also liked that I could sign in remotely. My customers like it too.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

The integrated payments doesn't allow you to tap payments through Apple and Google Pay. It only has cash, card and check. A lot of people pay through these methods nowadays.

It makes it easy to communicate with customers. I don't have to call them and wait for their answer.

The most helpful in auto leap is the way everything is set up and in for work orders and customer set ups.

The only downside is that autoleap is a bit more pricier then the competitors i was using before but fairly way more organized.

The problems that is now solving is that our customers can approve the work order and signatures are required now so its better in our hand now.

Very user friendly, supportive team to help solve issues asap, constant communication/check ins to ensure we know how to best use the software, integrated seamlessly with quickbooks saving me time

Learning curve for sure coming from a very old school system and the training is very generalized.

Saving so much time with data entry, tracking employees making our numbers far more accurate

It is web based and the system we had been using was server based, so if the server in another province went down we were screwed. Pray we not get a major outage on internet.

When I'm stuck, which was at least once a day I got onto the chat feature and the staff directed me to a speedy solution. Very helpful

I only dislike what is new to me, it is going to take time to learn everything. Old habits die hard.

Auto leap is useful because it allows me to better keep track of my work orders, customers, and appoitments. The integrations are also very helpful especially when I need repair guides or billable hours for jobs that im unsure about. It helps by keeping the customers in the loop as well, providing text updates and confrimations so that I don't have to call them directly each time.

It was a little confusing to use at first but thanks to the help of the staff I was able to figure it out. The live chats and help center also more than make up for it.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving filing issues that we've has since we started. Before we were doing everyhting by hand, including invoices and as a result it became a hassle to sort through all of them to match recipts to invoices. We've also had problems where if there's a project we aren't sure how to do, the repair guides give us the information we need to figure it out.

I recenly had the pleasure of using a new cloud-based software system which is revolutionary to our business.   One of the highlights of this new software is the ablility to access the system form anywhere which was important to us.

The ease of use is another important feature for our shop.  The systems is easy to use and straightforward, which saves us time.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

While the new software system offers some great features, I’ve found a few drawbacks.  One of the major issues is the system's inability to handle credits for return parts and cores effectively.

Additionally, the need to manually enter all credit returns into QuickBooks Online is time-consuming.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve been using the new software system for a several months now, and while it does have some drawbacks, the developers are always working on ways to to improve upon the system and it's functionality bo become more effective. The support team is highly responsive. knowlegeable  and  great at resolving any problems.

I'm the business owner, service advisor, technicain, parts advisor, book keeper, and manager. The question is, how can I minimize the time I spend on all other positions so I can spend more time being the technicain and actually make money. With the amount of time I spend on my shop management program the answer is obvious. I need an intuitive program to help with all other tasks so I can work on cars. The best answer so far is Autoleap!

It streamlines my processes for customer relations and communications, heps keep me on-track as a technicain with all the distractions of the other buisiness operations, manages my parts ordering and inventory seamlessly, integrates with my bookeeping software, gives me control of the overall flow of the shop, and with easy to use reporting I can review the overall picture or dive into the details of the business health. 

The Autoleap team made the integration complete and easy and the support was an obvious game changer over other shop management programs. Send a message with your question and within 30 seconds a human is walking you through an answer. Awesome! 

It's a one stop program for all of my positions and makes daily work much easier!

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

Functionally everything is there. I have 2 suggestions. The ability to change the color theme would be great. Just a few color scheme options and a dark mode. 

The second suggections is to have a more customizable service view to help unclutter the service details area. The bility to reduce the service items to a single line row would probably be enough.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The built in customer communications for estimating, getting approvals, communicating progress, and taking payments is helping me spend less time in the office and more time working on cars which is the only part of the business that makes money. I'm a one-man-show and I need this kind of help!

The visual RO organization in the workboard and visual reporting is very helpful for me because often I just need a brief glimpse to help me make decisions. Trying to navigate through multiple numerical reports to get a simple answer was a pain when using Mitchell1. 

The inspections and tech mobile app also help keep me from missing things with all the distractions I have. The inspections are much more dynamic and can perform more than just inspections. The help me remember to fulfill the Bureau of Automotive Repair requirements when servicing Air Conditioning and Adding tire pressures to repair orders. 

Canned services are also easier to build and manage than Mitchell1 and at the same time more dynamic. I'm using them far more to hlep streamline service writing!

Another big selling point for me is the general layout of the program. It's similar to other programs peaople use regularly and this makes navigating it easier.

Lastly the parts management side of things is much more intuitive and easy to use. I don't need to manually enter PO numbers on all my parts orders anymore and the differentiation between the parts-on-hand, inventory, and parts purchase for repairs helps me keep things less cluttered.

It's been a fairly easy system to learn. The implementation has been great - from day one, we have had amazing support from the AutoLeap team, who has spent more than plenty of time with us making sure we understand the system, getting up and running and being there every step of the way while we figured out all the kinks of learning a new system. The integration with our QB was fairly easy and once we figured it out, it's been fairly smooth. 
It's already become a much easier and more efficient way of running our shop!

Still a few kinks that we are working through, but are figuring out work arounds. AL has been supportive with helping us getting it all smoothed out.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are much more efficient now.  Previously, we wrote everything down on our work orders, then had to manually enter and copy them over into our QB system, sometimes copying/scanning sheets for the customer. Now the shop can enter everything in one place and it's super easy to invoice the customers with all the info right there.  With the integration with QB, we just click a button, and that gets updated so simply.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

The best part about using autoleap, is having 24 hr support.  Hands on training for me also made navigating the software so much easier.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

I honestly didn't experience a down side. 
Being new to the Automotive industry, this software made life so much easier.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't experienced any problems with software.
