**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

I love how AutoLeap has completely revolutionized my auto repair shop operations with its user-friendly interface, which allows all of our technicians to effortlessly order parts and alleviates unnecessary work from the service technician. The work board is a fantastic addition, enabling us to efficiently track incoming jobs and monitor ongoing ones, which was a challenge before we adopted this software. The calendar functionality is incredibly beneficial, preventing overbooking and ensuring the day is meticulously organized. Moreover, it has saved us considerable time by eliminating reliance on sticky notes, which were often misplaced, leading to forgotten tasks like scheduling customers and ordering parts. I am also impressed with how straightforward the initial setup was, allowing for a smooth transition without any hassles. All these features seamlessly integrate to streamline our workflow and enhance overall productivity, making AutoLeap an indispensable tool for my business.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

I really appreciate how AutoLeap enhances the efficiency of my tire and tune & lube shop. The software's ability to integrate parts buying is invaluable, helping streamline operations significantly. It's user-friendly, which is a crucial feature as it makes managing the system less daunting. I find the calendar functionality and the capability to send repair orders (RO's) directly to technicians particularly effective, ensuring smooth and organized workflows. AutoLeap’s financial reporting is another strength, providing accurate insights that are essential for making informed business decisions.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

I think the process to integrate AutoLeap with QuickBooks Online (QBO) could be a little more seamless. It was the most difficult part for me. The implementation of the two systems to communicate with one another was challenging. I also feel a provided timeline of expectations and homework on my part would have helped get everything in order better.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find AutoLeap improves efficiencies, offers accurate financial reporting, and provides detailed workflows, enhancing operations at my shop. The parts buying integration and user-friendly interface further streamline our processes.

I especially appreciate the robust reporting functions because they give clear insights into performance and help drive smarter decisions. The parts integration is a huge time-saver, streamlining inventory and ordering. Communication is also a standout: internal notes and external messaging tools make it easy to stay connected with both team members and customers. Overall, AutoLeap combines ease of use with comprehensive functionality, making it an essential tool for running an efficient, well-organized shop.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

I haven't encountered any dislikes or downsides. There have definitely been times when I was confused or needed help navigating a certain aspect of the software and I must say their customer service and response time is phenomenal. I guess it would be specifically helpful to our shop if there was a direct integration with ClickUp which our shop uses as a project management software.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Switching from Mitchell 1 to AutoLeap has made a big difference in how we manage our shop. AutoLeap solves a lot of the day-to-day inefficiencies we used to deal with—especially around reporting, communication, and parts management. The reporting tools are much more intuitive and customizable, which helps us track performance and make informed decisions faster. Parts integration is smoother, saving time on sourcing and ordering. Plus, the built-in communication tools (both internal and external) help keep our team and customers in sync without needing extra platforms. Overall, AutoLeap has streamlined our workflow and made it easier to stay organized and responsive.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

AutoLeap has been a game changer for our shop!  It is so easy to use and we love the added communication to our customers.  Talia was our implementation specialist and she was fabulous to work with!  We came from the dinosaur era of using Napa Tracs and Talia helped us navigate the change and was there for us every step of the way!  We have nothing but wonderful things to say about AutoLeap and the team.  Everyone has been so helpful and this has been the easiest transition!

There hasn't been anything we dislike about AutoLeap.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coming from Napa Tracs, this has been a huge upgrade for us!  We love the communication features with our customers and it has really streamlined our workflow.  The detailed reporting is awesome and everything looks more professional.  We are excited about the follow-up campaigns we are creating and love how we are able to customize the software to fit our shop needs.

The refund process is long. Would be easier if we had the Global payment system.

Having the technicians working with the tablet makes it easier to communicate with the service department.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

I love how AutoLeap integrates seamlessly with parts ordering. It allows me to place orders without needing to manually check the inventory for my local auto parts stores, which saves me a lot of time. The ease of accessing all my suppliers, such as those from Advanced Auto Parts and Napa, and viewing their catalogs alongside different pricing details is incredibly beneficial. It helps me sell to my customers quickly and efficiently, providing them with up-to-date stock information and availability. I'm also impressed with AutoLeap's overall service and performance, rating it a 10 out of 10. The software is not only efficient, but backed by a good company, making the whole experience worthwhile. I'm impressed with it and would definitely recommend it to someone else.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

I sometimes encounter glitches with AutoLeap, where pressing a button doesn't always work as expected and requires a page refresh to function properly. Additionally, the software can occasionally be slow, although I'm unsure whether this is due to AutoLeap or my internet connection.

I love how AutoLeap helps us keep everything organized and efficient, allowing us to manage our mechanic business smoothly. One of the standout features is the integration capability of AutoLeap. We can integrate parts technology like PartsTech, Nexpart, and Worldpac, which is incredibly helpful for organizing our processes. This feature is particularly valuable because it allows us to offer our customers the most affordable prices by comparing different sources easily. With these integrations, we can link dealership parts directly into our system, ensuring everything is connected and streamlined. This makes it a comprehensive tool for running our business, permitting smooth payment processing through the system and reinforcing its role as the backbone of our operations.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

I find that AutoLeap crashes frequently, approximately once a day or every other day, disrupting our operations as it stops working and becomes unresponsive. Additionally, some of the service features are difficult to use because not all guides are available for every job, which complicates the user experience. The initial setup process also took a considerable amount of time and required numerous meetings, making it a bit cumbersome.

I use AutoLeap to keep everything organized and efficient in running our mechanic business, including taking payments through the system and integrating various parts providers to offer the best prices to customers.

I haven't found anything that could be improved yet, but maybe the addition of a dark mode would be beneficial. If there is such a setting, I haven't found it yet.

Auto Leap is the best shop management and invoicing tool I have ever used. What stands out most to me are the dashboard, the CRM, the inventory management, the work board, and the estimate system, all of which include detailed logging features.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

I think it would be helpful if there were an option to add custom payment types, or at the very least, a specific option for Debit Cards.

This tool is assisting us in addressing our need for an automated CRM. It also helps us maintain our inventory in an up-to-date, database format, and allows us to keep track of all our financials.

I think AutoLeap is a great product. I appreciate how the customer service has been the best we've experienced for answering questions and concerns. I like that AutoLeap combines three different accounts we use into one, allowing us to be on just one app and find all the information we need. Having support at all times is another feature I enjoy, and the initial setup was very easy.

I find it a bit inconvenient having to order parts manually over the phone after using Parts Tech.

I like AutoLeap's direct integrations with QuickBooks because it pushes all info seamlessly, which means less steps for me. The less time I spend at the computer, the more efficient I can be in the shop. I also appreciate the support I've gotten and the almost instant replies via chat if I have any questions. The initial setup was straightforward.

I really appreciate that AutoLeap is fast and efficient, particularly when it comes to managing our shop. This speed and efficiency have significantly improved our business operations. I value the feature that allows us to text customers, as well as the ability to send electronic diagnosis pictures. These tools streamline communication and enhance transparency with our clients. The invoicing feature has also been a game-changer, making our processes quicker and more efficient. I particularly enjoy the motor feature, which allows for specific jobs to be added to invoices, further enhancing our productivity. Overall, these capabilities make our business operations faster and more seamless. I recently switched from using Mitchell One, which was slow and time-consuming, and found AutoLeap to be a refreshing and more efficient alternative. The transition was smooth, reaching out to customers through invoicing, digital inspections, and the AI receptionist has been particularly impactful. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend AutoLeap to others, rating it a ten out of ten for its exceptional performance and ease of use.

The ability to log in from anywhere is remarkably convenient, ensuring that we can access the system remotely and manage tasks efficiently without being tied to a specific location. Furthermore, AutoLeap effectively solves the problem of tracking the entry and exit of cars in our shop, which is essential for our operational efficiency. Despite some initial confusion during setup, the exceptional support provided by the AutoLeap team was invaluable in helping us overcome any challenges quickly.

I can't use AutoLeap for body shop estimating like Mitchell Connect.

I like how organized AutoLeap makes everything and how it makes a lot of the activities I do a lot easier. As a one-man operation, staying organized and multitasking is very important in my day-to-day operation, and AutoLeap helps me with that. The initial setup of AutoLeap was really good.

There are just a few small things that could be improved. I wish some parts of the system, like the workboard colors, were a bit more customizable. It would also be nice to have the ability to permanently delete things instead of just archiving them. if ownership of a vin changes, they system lets us move the car
DVI is nice
text notifications have lessened recently which is nice, not longer dinging for everything done, just incoming messages

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

The unbelievable extra amount of work that is required to do everything. Example: Want to add a part from a dealer to the estimate? Well, you have to build that in your catalog first, set it all up and then you can. Manually sending the invoice, and inspection report when closing the work order should be automatic, not 6 extra clicks.
Everything is layered on something else and if 1 piece is off, the whole thing doesn't work smooth. 
The training was non existent and I had to rely on asking questions to the techs via the chat, which is good to have, but when a customer is standing in front of you and they want to go, and you need to message support for something that should have been trained, is very embarrassing. 
We were constantly told during the zoom calls we can't do certain things, but after playing around on my own, I found that there was a bunch of things we wanted that we can do, they just didn't tell us, or are not aware that it can be done. I felt talked down to, not really listened to, and my questions during the zoom calls often brushed off and ignored. 
The work board is terrible as there is no organization when making work orders. There is no quick way to see what's coming in next, how much time is left in the day available for work. You must go to the calendar for that, but they push using the work board.
The calendar is ok but the pop ups constantly get in the way and that info could easily be in the appointment area. You can't do a 15 minute appt because the name has to fit so it auto adjusts to 30 minutes. 
Having a system that requires unique names otherwise it adds a number at the end is silly. 
Our on boarding was 4 zoom meetings during tire season where I was only able to pay attention  to about 1 hour total of the training, no one came to the store when we went live, just had a zoom call open for support, and only for 1 day.
When they added the second store, my inventory got all messed up and I had to spend several hours fixing that.
They require MOTOR integration and it doesn't accept Canadian vehicles so you have to look up oil and filter information elsewhere when they come in.
After 7 weeks of using the system daily, I have gotten faster but there are still so many steps.
Can't punch techs out if they forget, simply have to wait until 11:59pm for it to auto happen, can't edit times when techs are clocked in, they have to clock out, adjust the time and clock back in which then that time needs to be adjusted, cycle repeats.
Far to many confirm notices that need hitting, and the cancel is the default so you can't even hit enter to pass though, it's more clicking.
Bell notifications are excessive, notification pops for everything you do. Schedule something, move it to another tech, tech punches on or off, finishes, changes jobs. Need to know when they raise a flag, when approvals come in from online estimates, the rest could be separate and less intrusive.
Have to type minimum 3 characters to search and some part numbers are only 2 numbers so you have to invent something so you can find it later

None, it created a bunch of new problems

The best part of AutoLeap that I've noticed so far is the ease of everything. It's supper easy to add RO's and services to that RO. The implementation process by our consultant was WONDERFUL. She was so helpful, super informative, and always made time to help us get on boarded. We use this all day every day, and it continues to get easier and easier. There are SO many features for shops of all sizes to use. The customer support has been out of this world! Responses within 30 seconds to any questions I've asked. The integration process was so easy, we didn't have to do anything!!

There is nothing, it's all amazing!! It really is so easy to use, and the support behind us is phenomenal!

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

What I like best about AutoLeap is that I can look up, order, and sell a job more professionally. The functionality of creating estimates and invoices is fantastic. And I also like that I can email or text a customer and it is all built into the program.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

I would describe AutoLeap as a cumbersome program with a lot of facets to it. On top of that, it is sometimes hard to read the pages because they look cluttered. I wish it had a cleaner appearance. Lastly, there is an issue with integrating Interstate batteries for look up. AutoLeap needs to work on implementing this capability. I do understand it is a work in progress, and the feedback you do get has been put into action promptly.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to create an order, submit and mark delivered to Uni-Select is one of the problems AutoLeap is working on right not. That will be a huge benefit as we stock a few inventory items and we get better buying power purchasing them direct rather than through NEXTPART or PARTSTECH.

all the features that allows communication with the customers. It is easy and efficient. Writing a repair order and having access to repair information within the system is awesome. The integration to find and order the parts works great. Staff and customer support we got for the  implementation is over and above expectation.

Once we started to dive into the system, we found the annoyances; calendar management vs repair order writing vs time management, the accuracy of the pulls from existing databases, limitations in customizing DVI, uneasiness to modify supplier invoices

Saas is the feature we were looking for. The ability to open multiple windows improves service advisor productivity. Multiple users can access the same RO without being kicked out

AutoLeap has helped us at our new tire center. It tracks inventory, automatically associates FET with the tire, and has really great inspections. We can also order tires and parts directly through AutoLeap and it updates our inventory once delivered!

AutoLeap needs an app. The admin side of the program is not  easy at all to use on a phone or iPad. I also wish there was an option to automatically print invoices with each statement generated.

There are a few issues I've noticed. First, the tire quoting process takes too long because the default setting is four tires, and there isn't a quick way to change this. Second, when it comes to tire storage, sold-out tires do not appear when creating a quote, even though the inventory is updated the next day.

Streamlining workflow and tracking each step from start to finish has made the entire process much more efficient.

For a smaller independent shop (literally just 1 mechanic), the costs for the program is relatively high for our tight budget.
