**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

Being able to condense multiple programs and trade them out for one. Fabulous customer support. Our representative Chelsey Ware has done a wonderful job from moment one, I've really appreciated her help.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

Multiple pieces are in the process of being built so are in limbo. It would be much easier for users to learn one new complete function at a time, or have volunteer beta testers.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Condensing having to use multiple programs and moving back and forth between them/ keeping up with the changes of them all. Bringing our shop into the current day and age technologically in a user friendly way. It's helping our customers feel more comfortable and as if they're more part of the process, as well.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

I like how AutoLeap integrates with my QuickBooks, making accounting allocations just the way I want them. It really simplifies things for the customers, giving them updates and notifying them while also asking for reviews. So far, it's been doing everything it promised. The integration eliminates the need to re-enter data, submit invoices, and put in payments in QuickBooks, as all these processes are seamlessly handled by AutoLeap.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

I would prefer if our technicians could have more options on the app like other apps have where you can scan the VIN and then the information is already added in. One, everything manually has to be entered, which is quite difficult when they have gloves on, they have oil on their hands, and things like that. I would prefer something where it's more scan and go.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AutoLeap solves transparency and authorization issues by letting clients see everything we see and authorize work upfront. It simplifies technician documentation, avoiding repeat inspections and integrates with QuickBooks to streamline accounting, avoiding duplicate data entry.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

I like AutoLeap because it connects with auto parts stores that are near me, which is really convenient. Also, it's a really good software and really easy to use compared to other software. I feel like because AutoLeap was easy to use, I could learn and teach my dad and people that I'm hiring how to use it since it's easy. The process of the website is straightforward and the layout of the software is just really good. It was really easy to set up too; I didn't even need to attend trainings because of how easy it was to use. I highly recommend it.

I use AutoLeap in my mechanic shop to track my customer base and ensure I don't lose track of them. It helps me know my profits and parts sales clearly. It also conveniently stores customer phone numbers.

I would say just schedule the time for the zoom course, so you don't get distracted. But so far everything is going well.

AutoLeap has modernized our shop operations significantly. The cloud-based platform means our service advisors can work from anywhere, and the VIN lookup feature saves tremendous time.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

AutoLeap allows me to keep track of the customer flow process from estimate to paid status.  It's easy to see where each customer is in this process so that communication isn't dropped.  As a new shop it's great to be able to send professional looking estimates, inspection reports and invoices.  Multiple payment options including online links make it easy for our customers to complete transactions.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

The staff was very helpful in the implementation process but I would have liked for there to have been more written documentation on how to use each feature.  There are some features of the time clock system that need customization options.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AutoLeap is helping us with many problems as a new shop.  Customer and vehicle information tracking, estimate creation, inventory tracking, invoicing and payments.  Without a robust shop management software all of this would be done by hand and would require a complex filing system.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

I like that AutoLeap makes it easy to look up parts from multiple part houses at once, so I don't have to open multiple browser windows. I also appreciate that all the prices are displayed on the same page, which helps us find the best deal for our shop and our customers. Additionally, I can quickly access ProDemand's labor guide to integrate it into customer tickets.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

Manually entering parts or labor is not as straightforward as other software. On the main ticket page, there isn't an option to customize entering parts or labor. All of the parts come from the catalog or part house, and labor comes from the labor guide. So if the part or labor is not in either of those, putting in the info takes a few more steps. The initial setup was a bit overwhelming with the amount of information given at once.

AutoLeap speeds up quoting, enhances communication with customers and within our team, and simplifies price comparison by displaying parts from multiple sources on one page.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

I really appreciate AutoLeap for the efficiency it brings to managing appointments at the garage. Features like detailed estimates, notes on invoices, and sending appointments via email and text are very useful. I also like the fact that, visually, everything is accessible on a single page, which allows for quickly seeing which customers need to pay or are in the process of repair. This helps improve daily planning and efficiency in administrative tasks, such as knowing how many invoices remain to be closed and how many customers need to be notified before the end of the day. Additionally, we had an excellent experience with support during the initial setup.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

Visually, I find that AutoLeap lacks color. The program is only turquoise and white, which can be less stimulating for the brain that particularly works with colors.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use AutoLeap to improve the efficiency of appointment scheduling, planning, and engine details. Estimates, notes on invoices, and email/text message dispatches are very useful. Everything is visually accessible, making it easier to manage invoices and clients undergoing repairs.

I appreciate using AutoLeap in my mechanic workshop for its ability to organize customers efficiently and speed up job completion. A standout feature is the ability to type in recommendations which enables customers to visualize tables with color codes indicating what's wrong and what's right with their cars. This visual representation is highly beneficial as it provides clarity to customers and helps in upselling, as they can see a full checklist at the end of repairs, enabling more sales opportunities even after minor services like an oil change. These features significantly enhance our interaction with customers and boost our efficiency in the shop.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

I think the shop notes section needs improvement. It currently requires us to fill everything manually, which can be quite repetitive and time-consuming. It would be more efficient if there was a template that we could select for each car, to streamline the process.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

I like that one can easily organize a work schedule with AutoLeap. Additionally, it is easy to conduct assessments to provide to clients.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

Every time I move an appointment in the schedule, I have to be very careful that it doesn't send messages or emails to the client. It's very annoying for no reason. Often clients contact us wondering why they received repeated notifications. Since the system is very new, less than a week in operation, we sometimes have to use the old software. Quite good but lacks training. Since I partly manage the workshop, work orders, and evaluations, I would have liked to have more time to practice it.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AutoLeap to easily organize a work schedule and conduct evaluations for clients, but it does not solve specific problems.

Single technical architecture avoiding the stacked software concept.  GUI is very well designed and easier to learn.

Customer support has been outstanding.  Have not used the QB interface but using all other AL components

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

Nothing yet and have been live for about 1 month.  All green for us a user from customer support to ease of use of software.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AI receptionist is fantastic and allowing us to save a CSR Full time cost.  Also answers 7x24 where we had only been answering 40 hours per week.

I find AutoLeap's setup process to be impressively straightforward and easy to use, which facilitated a smooth transition from our previous system. The transition to a digital process has significantly helped solve the problem of managing paper work orders by keeping everything organized digitally and allowing for better customer interaction. I also appreciate how AutoLeap enhances customer engagement; it simplifies booking appointments online, eliminating the need for phone calls, and allows customers to approve processes conveniently through their phones. This capability greatly enhances our efficiency, helps us sell more, and improves customer satisfaction. Another standout feature is the ability to take and share pictures with customers, which allows customers to visualize issues more clearly and confirm repairs without the need for direct phone calls. I also value having everything organized on our phones, enabling each technician to operate independently without constantly seeking approval from supervisors. **What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

We are new users of AutoLeap and this platform has revolutionized our business. The ease of communication with clients and technicians is a remarkable asset. Management and learning are very easy. The support staff is greatly appreciated as well as the simplicity of use. Tracking orders and receiving parts is done easily, and it is simple to find an invoice. All purchases are linked to the work order. We are French speakers, and the AutoLeap team was able to adapt by putting us in contact with Émilie who trained us.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

Two small minor improvements to make. First, the ability to record the car's mileage at the end of the work should be mandatory to close the work order. Currently, we have to do it at the beginning, but if the car is outside and we don't have the mileage, it is impossible to bill for this time. Then, technicians should be prevented from adding time to an already billed work order. An improvement is needed on this point.

I love how AutoLeap integrates Al to integrate our customers with the automotive repair process, allowing them to see pictures of what is wrong with their cars, which has significantly increased our sales by building trust through visual evidence. The setup was incredibly straightforward, and the support provided by the sales representative was thorough, promptly addressing our queries. The transition from traditional paperwork to a digital system has streamlined our operations, eliminating miscommunication issues and making processes more efficient. This shift to paperless work orders has simplified our day-to-day tasks, enhancing customer communication and satisfaction. The checklist feature ensures thorough inspections, and the ability to access fluid capacities with just one click saves me time and effort. **What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

I like AutoLeap's modern UI and accessibility, which help with inputting vehicle data, parts and components, and vehicle specifications. The good customer support provided by Cisillia was also appreciated, as she answered all of our questions and concerns during the setup.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

Updating canned and existing profiles, especially with fees when invoicing POs, is problematic. When adding fluids to inventory, I can't add multiple EHC fees, so I have to change them every time I record an invoice. Worse, changing the EHC cost doesn't take effect until I refresh the page, which restarts most of my progress on the invoice, forcing me to refill all the blanks again.

I love how AutoLeap is just so smooth and clean. Everything about it has been geared toward the shop, allowing us to work efficiently and be productive. The whole thing flows from one task to the next, making it easy to learn and operate. I really love the feature where our AI picks up calls automatically when we're away, ensuring we don’t miss calls anymore. This feature has been a big bonus for us. The initial setup of AutoLeap was very easy as well.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

I really like that whenever I click on a customer's address in AutoLeap, it automatically opens Google Maps for me. This makes navigation a lot easier and saves time. I also appreciate being able to access unassigned work orders and assign them to myself without having to call the office, which streamlines the workflow and allows me to stay productive on the job.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

The main thing right now that doesn't work as well for us is running everything off the phone. The mobile website is optimized for your phone, but sometimes I have to turn my phone twice to switch from technician view to administrator view. We're excited for an app, as it's gonna be the biggest thing for us. The mobile website setup was definitely a challenge.

AutoLeap solves our paperwork issues by keeping everything online, accessible anywhere. I like the feature that links customer addresses to Google Maps automatically and managing unassigned work orders without calling the office, which saves me time.

I love how AutoLeap helped me organize and centralize my customer information and invoicing. It also made pricing labor easier and integrated shop management with access to parts ordering, which is super helpful. I appreciated the onboarding experience and found the staff running it amazing to work with; they really ensured I was comfortable and knowledgeable with the software. I also really value the workboard screen because it allows me to personalize my view to better organize my active and pending jobs.

I believe the catalog setup needs some refining when adding parts and services. If they could integrate a scanning tool to better catalog and inventory parts, that would be great. Scanning the SKU to automatically update or add a part onto the catalog would be more streamlined.

AutoLeap helped me get organized, centralize customer info, streamline invoicing, better price labor, and manage parts ordering. I value the workboard screen for organizing jobs.

I like that AutoLeap is based in the cloud, allowing me to access it from anywhere, whether on my phone, from home, or in the office. It's pretty advanced technology-wise compared to its competitors, and the user interface is good. The customer onboarding team was really good and friendly, and they were pretty timely in answering any questions. The user interface is pretty self-explanatory.

There are some minor issues that don't seem to be added to the program like capacities for each day in calendar view. There's some bugs with text messaging, but overall, the customer support team has been good and they're working on fixes.

AutoLeap lets me stay updated with technology, reduces paper use through digital orders and inspections, and improves communication between service teams and mechanics. It also enables seamless customer communication.

**What do you like best about AutoLeap?**

The integration with all our vendors and ease of use to track items and time on the job. Auto Leap flows very easily and our team has caught on very quickly.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

We would like to see more options for other credit card processing vendors to be used. For future use to be able to tie into Rock Auto and integrate with Michelin, Goodyear and Bridgestone on their national accounts/government accounts processing from Auto Leap.

**What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had to switch over from our old POS system to Auto Leap. Tire Soft is no longer in business. So, we need to find a replacement for it that would flow as well as it did. Tire Soft was an all-in-one system. So, the integration with QuickBooks has been nice. Being able to better track time spent on a job and track costs has help me see where I am leaving money on the table. We switched Tire Guru back in the summer of 2024. The transition was a nightmare. Nothing was loaded in. It was 3 weeks of hell. They didn't deliver on what they sold. We put in a months' worth of transactions and moved on from them. Auto Leap has been a smooth change over. Taila and the team have been a pleasure to work with. They have made this process all the better.

I appreciate AutoLeap for being simple to use, which makes daily operations in our body shop much easier. Auto Leap has been very accommodating as we are a very data driven company.  We have also not had any outages!

What is least helpful is the I can't export our catalog.  I would also like to be able to make my own measures or views and save them to pull later without having to start over.

Auto Leap is in the process of adding store code to all reporting.  This is indeed helpful, as when you select all shops, I cant tell in the data what shop is what.

AutoLeap has a lot going for it, and my favorite part is how well everything is integrated. From payments to the calendar to the work board, everything connects smoothly and makes daily shop operations feel organized and efficient. I especially like the customization options within the calendar—it’s flexible enough to fit how we schedule work at our shop. Once everything is set up properly, the connected services are easy to use and make running the business a lot simpler. Overall, AutoLeap’s integration and ease of use really stand out.

**What do you dislike about AutoLeap?**

There are just a few small things that could be improved. I wish some parts of the system, like the workboard colors, were a bit more customizable. It would also be nice to have the ability to permanently delete things instead of just archiving them. These aren’t dealbreakers, but adding those features would make the platform feel even more complete and flexible.

AutoLeap has helped our shop solve several day-to-day challenges by bringing everything together in one easy-to-use system. Before, scheduling, payments, and job tracking were all handled separately, which made it easy for things to get disorganized. Now, everything from the calendar to the work board to invoicing is fully integrated, saving time and cutting down on errors. I can easily track jobs from start to finish, process payments faster, and see real-time updates on shop performance. Overall, AutoLeap has made my business more efficient, organized, and easier to manage.

The fluidity of the software is what I, one that works in the office, loves most about the software. It's easy to navigate, it doesn't have much of a learning curve and is thorough on how you make your invoicing look, as well as the pricing and services that it shows.

I appreciate that AutoLeap consolidates everything I need into a single platform, which simplifies my operations and is very helpful for managing my auto mechanic shop. I genuinely like the feature that allows me to enter a vehicle's license plate to instantly retrieve all the pertinent information about that vehicle, which saves time and makes our workflow more efficient. Additionally, I found the support from the AutoLeap team to be beneficial when I encountered challenges, as they were available to assist and guide me through difficulties.

I find setting up AutoLeap to be difficult. Understanding the software posed numerous challenges, although I did receive help from the AutoLeap team. Additionally, I would prefer more real-life trial features to better navigate new issues as they arise.

It's also designed specifically for an auto repair shop, which makes it a better fit for my needs compared to what I used before. Although there was a learning curve, it was easy to get the hang of.

Onboarding into Autoleap was very smooth and coordinated. I never felt like I was dealing with a group of novices that are only out to make a buck. The process seemed very polished.

Like any software, there is a learning curve. The curve here isn't overbearing or unreasonable, but it is real and takes some effort to learn how to navigate. Autoleap has absolutely been there every step of the way though!

Streamlining communication with the customer has been huge. Also, in the past I was interacting with far more websites and putting part numbers in many times. Now, for the most part I deal with one website. Autoleap has streamlined my communication, scheduling, quoting, and parts ordering.
