I work in a office with multiply offices in multiply states, so using the cloud helps in communications within the different disciplines and offices/states. The organization of the cloud makes it easy to navigate around to get the the correct information. The overall ease of implementation from Revit to the cloud and back again, the frequency of use, customer support and the ease of integration into our systems is outstanding. The accessiblity of ACC is really unaparelled. The ability for out team members to collaborate together from anywhere at any time is incredible, and the imprvements that Autodesk has made with bridging has increased security, stability, and ease of use. The biggest issue is the cost quite honestly. It's a large price tag to spend per user, and i'd expect a lot more for the annual subscription. If Autodesk wants ACC to follow the entire life cycle of a project (Design, Construction Documents, Consturction Management, Building auotmation) it really needs to include all of those in the subscription. The permission controls. It is difficult to for people to understand permission and we often get setup with the wrong permission and it take multiple calls to the hub owner to fix. 2. Document Management and Model coordination can be integrated with other tools.
3. Recent update of Autodesk data connector to map the model health to Power Bi is most welcoming update.

No dislike as such however we need to add few more tools to easily manage the model in ACC - sort of Automation inside the ACC without relying on 3rd party tools.

The need for Desktop Connector (DC). We find that frequently DC gets stuck or hung up and while we know how to resolve the issue, we often lose work due to the resetting of DC which revomes local files and due to DC being hung up, the updated local files never make it to the cloud.
