The products are easy to use and the product development teams are engaged with customers and genuinely trying to make their products work for their users. If something goes wrong, the support team is always responsive and continues to communicate throughout the process. I can't say enough good things about Autodesk's support & development teams. I love the varity of tools avaliable to use and aid in my daily tasks coordinating a large project. The documents are all in one place. The guys in the field can access the system with their Ipads to keep everything up to date and current with real world project status. I am a subcontrator VDC Modeler, and the majority of my ACC use is with the Docs portion of the Autodesk Construction Cloud. I appreciate the familiar format and it's integration with other programs. The most useful feature is the Issues collaboration which allows me to view coordination clashes in multiple locations and provides a comprehensive, and at-a-glance, view of the project. ACC allows our entire team to access project files, especially REVIT files. It makes collaboration between team members simple and seamless. To have the ability to save time when working within REVIT because each team member only needs to save updated changes as opposed to uploading the entire file (if we were to work off of a server) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Terminology is hard to understand and remember: Account Admin vs. Project Admin

Permissions are hard to set and not consistent when setting up a project

It is nice that column widths can be adjusted, but they do not remain updated with new settings, so they need to be adjusted every time.... this is very annoying.

I like that I can do clash detection inside of it and send the non revit users to see a model on viewer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The publish, package and consume workflows are confusing and that module is extremely not user friendly. I spend alot of time re-training people because they cant seem to get the hang of it at all. So while I in theory save time being able to share a CDE, we waste time because of the bad UI/UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about this software is the practicality of being able to work with several companies on a single project, each one in their discipline at the same time without delaying the process of any of them. We can all have access to the file at any time without having to wait for other colleagues to finish working, being able to see the progress of each discipline without having to wait to receive a new file every so often, and the information will never be lost since it will always be stored in the cloud. We use this software on a daily basis as it is the means by which all projects are worked on in the company, which makes it very user-friendly when integrating more disciplines into the project, making it much easier and speeding up the design and development process of the project. So far I have only needed help from customer service and I have been able to resolve my doubts without any problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like least about the software is that in the case of working from Revit you need to have exactly the same version and update of it to be able to work with more people in a shared project, at the moment it is really the only thing that causes me conflict when starting a shared project with more disciplines. I think commenting designers work via acc issues is a big improvement and helps to manage big projects. Those are also easy to use for unexperienced people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sheets and locations. Locations would be really useful for many purposes but they have to be set manually to sheets which is difficult. Also i dont understand why 2d views set up by designer in revit file in acc revit viewer dont automatically appear as sheets in build and those hve to be published separately. Also contractors in finland are used to send documents to printing company via project bank and that isint possible in acc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
