Autodesk Construction Cloud is very useful to the company I work for to help us maintain all of our current/active projects in an organized fashion. Uploading plans is quick and easy, with the ability to assign sheet number and titles to each automatically. This is especially useful when dealing with large projects with hundred of plan sheets. The RFI module is also useful to send out information requests directly to the customer. Customer support is always helpful and typically solves any issue that is brought to their attention. If they cannot fix the problem right away, they always follow up with a response in a timely fashion. As an admin for my company, I spend a lot of my time using this platform to help maintain the structure for other employees and to make sure information stays up to date for all users. Not much to dislike about Autodesk Construction Cloud. There are a few minor features that unfortuately we cannot change, such as a few issue tags or the ability to have a regular user adjust their view of the Files structure. More features need to be added to the template option for better streamlining new projects and save time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We appreciate the stability of the cloud system for hosing our models and collaborating with our design and construction teams. We also like that continuous improvements are being made and that new features are added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While there are many improvements to the product being released often, we feel that most of the improvements are directed toward the construction side of the business. We would like to see equal improvements provided for the design side of the AEC industry. It feels as though some base tools were created for the design side, but that they haven't been improved since. It feels that when the design side receives improvements, it's only to facilitate bigger changes on the construction side of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using Autodesk products for over two decades and ACC is just as comprehensive and powerful as all their other programs and solutions. The need for a robust database is something the construction and manufacturing industries have been craving forever. I believe ACC will become the solution that will finally satisfy that hunger. I access it daily for coordination, designing, consultation and to take the temperature of my projects. Though there are some bumps to smooth and bugs to shake out I find it easy and logical to use. Also, I see greater communication and less loss of data between my teams as ACC integrates more and more great products together. Moreover, I find that most of our users can implement ACC into their existing workflows and make them even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it can get confusing when everyone in a project has access to so much data. Being able to assign more narrow sections and functions to specific groups would make some actions more efficient. Also, the user interface needs to be made more user-friendly, and switching between products and dashboards can be confusing as well with mixtures of drop-down lists, links, and buttons. Best part in ACC is issues which we can check real time updates and push it to concerned person, we can even provide comments on it.
We can go through 3d through browser,
Transmittal is a best option to share our files,
In ACC instead of replacing the pdf, Autocad or Revit feils it will create a version history which a best part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some time it will take time to open any issues assigned Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how interopable it is with software that I already have to use, such as revit and Navis works. I like how my trade partners who are already using revit can access everything I can access and we're all on the same platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My specific complaints have to do with model coordination, it's trying to be a navisworks but doesn't have anywhere close to the necessary features to do what I need to do. As a consequence, I'm forced to used model coordination in tandem with Navis works which makes everything more difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ACC is avery useful CDE, which includes all the features you may need to run a project on it.
ACC quickly and seamlessly started working with both AutoCAD and Revit which helped reduce the hassel of spending ages looking for files Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
not the easiest CDE to learn how to use but once you have got your head around the basics it becomes alot easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that all files like submittals, RFI's, Revit, and CAD files can live in one location making it easy to view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As someone who provides documents to the field team, it is extremely frustating how certain functions aren't allowed on the tablet. Or how you need BIM Collaborate Pro in order to view most of the documents. If a Project Manager or a Superintendent want to review a CAD file for example, they aren't able to unless it's a PDF. The easy enrolment; the Build package with the Forms funtionality; the Issues tool and the easy to use of Documents management Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think that the tool is not enough optimzed to the manufacture industry, instead of that the tool is mainly focused into civil construction, I think it is possible expand or customize the platform to the manufacturing industry Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The products are easy to use and the product development teams are engaged with customers and genuinely trying to make their products work for their users. If something goes wrong, the support team is always responsive and continues to communicate throughout the process. I can't say enough good things about Autodesk's support & development teams. Autodesk's API-driven philosophy has opened so many doors for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform has gone down several times over the last year. I think it's usually an AWS problem, but one way or another, I'd like to get that fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the varity of tools avaliable to use and aid in my daily tasks coordinating a large project. The documents are all in one place. The guys in the field can access the system with their Ipads to keep everything up to date and current with real world project status. This beats everything I've tried in the past and it keeps growing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing yet, still exploring everything that ACC offers. It's like a Swiss Army knife of construction software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
