The ability to recognize and properly manage AutoCAD/Civil 3D sheet sets, data shortcuts and external references. The ACC services are easy to use with links to projects directly available in the Autodesk software. Autodesk resellers with trained ACC staff are readily available to assist customers and help implement the services. This will tool will be used every day by end users as they navigate their projects and drawing files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The down side is that Autodesk product users must have a license to use ACC and for Civil 3D they must have a license for collaboration pro. But having said that, many companies are getting rid of their local servers in favor of online services. Using an online service like the Autodesk Construction Cloud that supports your workflow is ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like ACC because you can stay in one platform from conceptual design through construction. After construction is done you can help it over to the client for them to use while running the facility/plant. I also like how a project can have user from different geographical location and you can also bridge with another companies ACC site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the areas I wish were brought over from BIM360 is how review packages are used. Now on ACC when a review is complete is doesn't get archeved to the version of the pdf. It now follows through each version. So you have to either delete that markup or hide it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a user of ACC who is on the owner/operator side, while we are just beginning to implement ACC, the team has been helpful. I am finding the instructional videos to be easy to understand and learn from. I am excited for my company to fully adopt ACC and ACC Docs to make our BIM models more accurate, efficient and collaborative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Autodesk Construction Cloud's downfall is being able to assign tasks. I know there is Autodesk construction cloud build, however implementing a simple task assignment tool into ACC would be useful. One similar to microsoft teams. You can easily assign tasks, add supporting documents and collaborate back and fourth on the task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It makes consultant coordination and model management easy. Consultant models and architectural model are all posted up on BIM360 and it's easy to backtrack when we need something from a certain design phase in the past. The directory is also helpful, not having to distribute something to a list of people that we need to keep track of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes when the server is down, it puts a pause on everyone and our hands are tied. I guess a downside of using any cloud based product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is intuitive. Submittal process is easy to navigate. Great way to work with consultants on the same revit model. I am very happy working with ACC so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a learning curve to working with ACC and cloud based models. Was not clear that the current model needed to be manually "published" for it to have the most current model in ACC for others to view, I thought that the model in ACC would always be the most current version. Also, we have A LOT of people in our firm that move around projects a lot. That you need an additional license for this, some projects we may avoid having someone just 'hop' on ACC project breifly, if they don't already have a liscense. Also, i recall there are some issues with working in a ACC project if revit versions are different per users, where it can be hard to keep track of that when there are so many users. Sharing file is simply amazing with the online viewer also available.
The interface is simple and clean.
Navigation is quick downtime are really limited to update on Autodesk side.
Download/Uploading of file is fast and secured.
Access mangement is really good to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Infrawork model sharing is limited and not performing as I expected it to be.
I was expecting being able to view the 3D model of the infrawork inside the browser directly without having to use infrawork software. - This issue has been resolve and is something we can now do.
The user interface is limited and attributing role is not ''fast'' its take too many step to attriubtes Role.
Integration with software need to be push to a better level. Would like to be able to have on computer bim360 app to quickly manage Bim360 files and users without the need of going on the Website each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Autodesk Construction Cloud is an excellent platform, particularly when it comes to ease of use. The interface is intuitive, making it simple for both beginners and seasoned users to navigate. One standout feature is the file storage, which is not only easy to access but also supports drag-and-drop functionality, allowing users to upload and manage files effortlessly.
The forms feature is another highlight. Setting up and customizing forms is a breeze, streamlining data collection and task management on projects. Overall, the platform provides a smooth and user-friendly experience, making it a solid choice for construction teams looking for efficient project management tools. While Autodesk Construction Cloud excels in ease of use, there are a few areas that could be improved. One limitation is when inserting a photo reference into a drawing or file. If I send this document as a Transmittal, the photo doesn't appear in the transmittal. To view it, you need to open the file from its original location, which adds unnecessary steps to the process.
Another issue is with hyperlinks. If you include a hyperlink in a document, it works well in a Word file, but doesn't function properly in PDFs. This can be inconvenient, especially when sharing documents in PDF format is common practice. These improvements would enhance the overall user experience and make the platform even more efficient.
The photos 360 are no good to be used on desktop website, only for the mobile App, so can't use 360 photos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Improves both collaboration and coordination and projects of all sizes.
Simple to manage once you get the hang of it.
Excellent for large teams and geographically displaced teams.
Lots of useful features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be a boon if Revit template/project files were able to be copied to new ACC projects as part of the template. We have 7+ disciplines working in Revit and have a set of interlinked Revit files that we use to setup all projects. It would be a huge time-saver to be able to have these as part of the ACC template and eliminate the need for our support team to recreate this interlinked set of files for every new project. Easy to customise permissions that helps provide real time information to everyone. The document management system is incredibly efficient, reducing the need for third-party software and centralizing project data seamlessly. I recently started using ACC for clash detection and it has been a wonderful experience. ACC makes it easy to keep a track of issues in large scale projects. Filters help categorise the issues, including phases in a project. Its integration with Revit is particularly powerful, as it helps identify and resolve issues directly within the 3D model, saving time and minimizing errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When clashes are accessed via email, they open in the Issues tab in Docs, rather than directly in Model Coordination. This adds unnecessary steps to access the 3D view and can slow down workflows during critical moments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how everything is connected. The linking of Issues to RFI's to Potential Change orders without having to change systems is a huge game-changer. and then being able to connect sheets and files to various filters and report on those records is extremely powerful. There isn't much to dislike, in general, it handles construction workflows very efficiently. As a manager for a prefab concrete company, I can see a few tweaks that could make it extremely attractive and powerful, like easily connecting to a local database for syncing assets and other data.
