This is our primary document tracking software between our feild, management, architects, and engineers. In using Build, we can find, track, and share information in a way that doesn't get jumbled in the mess of emails or texts. Being on a site that has multiple jobs, using ACC Build has made submittals and RFIs much easier to keep track of in their respective projects and be able to go back and look at these with ease. Not everyone or every company uses the software to manage projects so the learning curve can be challenging at times. This is not necessarily an issue with the software but there could be a short step-by-step visual available to go through different features when first signing up or to be able to go back to when stuck on something. As a new user, and not having a background in civil engineering, I find the help available in correctly setting up and using the system to be a little lacking. We are not able to attach PDF files. We are also not able to link data cells like you can in Excel. I helps to be able to edit only one data cell that also populates other data cells with the same information. It would help to be able to add more signature lines when we have multiple crews.
