Once users understand how ACC ties together, the streamlining of moving through CDs and CA is impressive. As long as it's fully used it's great, if someone doesn't use it, it does make things more complicated but we work around that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Rebranding of tools which makes it hard for non technical users to know what is what and how the tools are used / integrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The usefulness between various entities for coordination on a single project is helpful for my firm on large projects. Not having to email backgrounds or link in separate models from consultants helps save us time and keep coordination issues low. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Currently, the biggest obstacle is getting consultants to understand the UI, especially if they are using it for the first time. There are too many steps for each entity to have to follow in order to publish, package, and consume everyone's model so we are seeing what is current. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That the project information is all together in one place. Everyone knows which is the up to date documents. I also love the reports it creates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I guess you need to use it a lot to really understand how it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I want it to be a platform that I can use for construction organization and where Autodesk can share the experience of users from all over the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Frequent product name changes of the software over the years Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a fantastic CDE to work on and it has a heck of a lot of features to help make it compliant with ISO19650. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some limits to the features, such as the Markup Tools which are rather lacking in versitility and are not up to scratch with some competing products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The various modules that it has got, from sheets to photos every feature added in comparison to its predecessor BIM360 becomes way easier to browse and use. In photos for example, it is easy to implement in the project’s graphic information, for as-built development it's quite helpful. Submittals module it's also a great integration on the build module. Probably the way the tools are sorted, as in Files, Build for example, then when you open any one of these you will not have access to the submittals feature or so. Overall I don't see a thing I dislike the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to colaborate between so many aspects of the construction process makes using ACC an incredible asset for each phase of construction and each member. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The toughest part of using ACC is the learning curve. It is very user friendly, but it is still such a deep program that there are so many features that dont get utilized ig you don't know about them. On top of that, the online trainings are not the greatest. There is not a great way to learn how to use the product without purchasing training from a third party vendor. I enjoy that all parties involved in a project (designers, GC, trades, etc.) can access ACC and use the different features. I have recently started using the Model Coordination tool, and I enjoy being able to store files, view models, assign and review issues, and more all on the same platform. I have ran into some limitations with using Bridge for earlier versions of Revit. I think there are still areas of the Model Coordination tool that need refining. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
integrated seemlessly with other autodesk programs, file access and collaboration with other companies, updates regularly with suggestions by users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
clashes and issues can sometimes be finicky, expecially if you actually mark views in Navis.
I will close a clash as not an issue, or mark a clash as an issue, and when the sub updates the clash will repopulate in the clash matrix. this sometimes leads to double marking issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
