ACC enabled my company's information management, project coordination, and team communication.

The CDE and workflow implementation was easy to achieve company-wide even for the less tech-savvy team members, all our projects are hosted in the ACC server, and every single tool allows us to be proficient and up-to-date with the information used across the projects.

Its integration capabilities with other software, combined with a viewer for BIM and CAD files allow other team members to visualize what designers, modelers, and drafters are doing without the need for additional software seats or specific knowledge, this is why ACC is the main resource for our daily tasks.

With ACC you will face some challenges, especially when you have to customize some things in the build module, like sheet notifications that can only be customized per project and not on the project's template, having to spend some extra hours in each project setting them up. this might not be an issue for everyone but to companies that have over 10 projects with the same set up make sense to be able to standardize actions in the template. The features in ACC and its user interface is so easy to learn. The methodology is so simple that even through with simple navigation on its icons and links, anyone can get a grasp of how the platform functions. To summarise, it is very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I realise syncing issues on few occasions. There were instances in the past when I had saved the file before closing, but when I opened it the next time, I had lost the progress I made in the previous version. I am new to the construction industry. As a new service provider, I have alot to learn and ACC and tools like the Big Room have helped be get my feet wet while still allowing me to add value to the industry. I provide converged security services to this industry now and ACC and Big Room have made this integration much easier on me. Inconsistent and complex use of 'permissions' in ACC. Tough to baseline, almost impossible to do proper revision management.
