I really like how multiple different teams/trades can have access to all of the information necessary for a job in one place. The software allows for seamless integration of drawings and files with scheduling and procurement components. One of my favorite features are the forms- I like how you can create custom forms for jobs that can be used as templates on other jobs as well. These forms are great because you can print them with images attached and actually see the image on the print out instead of the file name- no other forms software allows you to print out the image. I use these forms for QAQC walks, so this is very helpful for the client to be able to see that what we have ordered is what they want and to share this over email amoung other groups that may not be in ACC. The email and notification settings are sometimes not helpful- needs more integration of what the automated email is actually about in the title instead of just saying automated email from ACC. Continuous improvement in cloud interface in term of speed and functions can bee seen over the course of few years. this is important as many big cloud platform failed to do so.

some of package and naming can be confusing at times.

Well I gotta say that ACC is a powerful that brings a lot to the table, especially for teams looking to integrate various aspects of construction management in one place. As the title of the review says, migrating users over can be a bit of a pain. There is a learning curve involved, and it can take some time to get used to the new workflows. For example, while ACC combines the best features of BIM 360 and Plangrid, most users would prefer the latter's simplicity and ease of use.
