I most like how it categorizes every step of the construction process and assigns people to each task along the way. No more hunting down consultants to respond to RFIs or resubmit submittals - Autodesk makes it easy to see who is responsible for each task and notifies each person automatically. My company has only implemented it on a few projects so far, but it has been easy to pick up and I hope we use it more often. It's very easy to navigate and stores all necessary documents. The meeting minutes feature has also cut our meeting time down in half! We can see what is still open and what needs to be discussed and not worry if we're forgetting anything. The only thing I dislike about Autodesk CC is that once you have passed the ball from your court to someone else's, you can't go back and edit your submission without multiple people having to go in and reassign it to you. It's really a "signed, sealed, delivered" process, which expedites the construction process, but makes it difficult to rework any mistakes along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is so much much that can be done with Autodesk Construction Cloud but my favorite is the issues and compare tool. I am possitive that Punchlisting can be a nightmare and probably the most challenging task to administer and succesfully implement, however, it is cut and dry and easy to use on ACC. it is not just its simplistic approach but the intergration to the drawings and the number of ways it can be distributed and responded to. the compare tool on the other hand eliminates time wasted searching for differences and fumbling through drawings. It is all there to toggle differences off. I love ACC! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As much as I love ACC, it is not perfect. There is 1 thing I dislike about ACC and its that I did not have it I my last project. With my experiance in the industry I believe this is a great solution but it can use a more interative training method. The videos are great but the amount of information can become overwhelming and eventually forget. More participation should be required during training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Autodesk Construction Cloud has been a game-changer for me and my construction team. It provides a centralized hub for all project data, enabling real-time collaboration and coordination from anywhere. The analytics capabilities give me invaluable insights to make data-driven decisions and keep projects on track. With its mobility, seamless integration, and time-saving features, this cloud platform has made my life so much easier, keeping my team connected, productive, and stress-free throughout the entire construction process. It's a must-have solution for any construction professional looking to streamline their workflows and deliver projects more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I will say, though, is that the platform can sometimes be a bit confusing with all the abbreviations and construction jargon it uses. As someone who's not super tech-savvy, it took my team a little while to get used to all the lingo. But you know what? The customer support team at Autodesk has been absolutely incredible. Whenever I've had a question or needed help understanding something, they've been right there to walk me through it, step-by-step. Their patience and expertise have really made the learning curve much more manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First thing, it is userfriendly meaning that anyone can easily learn and get familiar with ACC in a shorter time. Secondly, it has a complete workflow setup where you can store, process, manage, monitor, review and you can colloborate with multiple stakeholders from various places. Thirdly, one of the best personally for me is that it supports various file format and you don't need a parent application to view and review that has lot of impact on company cost. Finally, i will definitely recommend this product over anything to whom wants their project to be handled in cloud rather than local servers. And when it comes to customer support, it provides instant and clear solution which i personally felt very good about it. Implementing the ACC in your project is very much easy and people will adopt quickly. Once you started using ACC it becomes daily usage like you will keep in touch with it throughout the day. Lastly, integrating ACC benefits the project in various aspects like better coordination, better quality and so on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were few hiccups here and there. For example, some time we cannot get to choose the project version initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ACC Build has been an excellent product for quality management. The integration of asset mapping on sheets allows for efficient, digestible data to track project progress. The ability to map assets onto sheets and pinned issues to automatically detect and create a relation to that asset allows for easy issue tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration between apps within ACC such as Build to Docs has some overlap such as the files tool can be confusing for new users. Along with that, at times integration appears to be lacking between apps, but it is understandable as improvements are consistently being made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ACC Ability to connect various features and workflows across different aspects of our projects. ACC empowers individuals to maintain ownership and responsibility for their specific areas of work while staying seamlessly connected to the broader team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the challenges we've encontered is the overlap between some tools within the platform. There are instances where multiple tools offer similar functionalities, wich can lead to confusion and inefficiencies as teams try to determine which tool to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Autodesk Construction Cloud is really nice in that it makes sure everything is all together and that you can easily track all of your projects. The interface is easy to work with, so you're not spending much time trying to figure all the stuff out. It's really good at making sure everybody is on the same page and that you're informed about things, including features that let you update the team and chat right as you need to. It's really good at making sure all your Teams are connected. And it acts as the centralised system for all the project information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One possible drawback of Autodesk Construction Cloud is the cost, which may be one of the higher options for smaller companies or for individual independent contractors. Along with this, it is often quite feature-rich, and this can sometimes create a steep learning curve, particularly for new users who may not have worked with such end-to-end platforms in the past. Some users have also reported it to be a bit slow or even a bit buggy in spots, which can be quite frustrating if happens to be on a tight deadline. I really appreciate the effort Autodesk put in to make it user-friendly and innovative to address the current needs of the construction industry. So comparing the features it provides, dislikes are very negligible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
