I have used it for the last year and I have managed to improve my communication channel with the internal work team, we managed to make our interaction more efficient for the definition of documents and today we are sharing this experience with our external contractors to comprehensively carry out our communications in the platform. Navigating Autodesk Construction Cloud can be confusing and frustrating. It often takes several clicks to navigate to the information you are looking for and most of the time it is because you can't remember how the website is organized and are forced to go back hunting through sections. ACC makes it so easy for different project teams to coordinate and review models and documents related to a specific project. I ejnoy being able to see and link in clients models to my own right from the project folders and not have to send models back and forth making sure we have the latest and greatest version visible. I like the fact that we can manage a project from beginning to end, at different stages of the project you can use and get value from the different modules in ACC: from model, files (for documenting all deliverables), Sheets, Issues, Transmittals, RFIs, Submittals and Correspondence.

I've been using Autodesk Building Design products for the past 14 years. I'll never forget working as a BIM Manager/Systems Engineer and my struggles dealing with AutoCAD MEP/Revit multidisciplinary coordination challenges back when there was no cloud service.

So, for me, being an early adopter of BIM 360 cloud technology and now ACC has been a lifesaver. The first month ACC was up and running, I initiated a relatively large industrial project, and I could see how different it was from the Docs platform through my frequency of use.

The ease of implementation, access, and use that ACC provides, its trouble-free integration, unique customer satisfaction, and rapid developments throughout the past 10 years have all contributed to the industry's technological growth and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. When marking up large areas on DWG files, there's no way to adjust the size of annotation tools.

2. Point clouds (RCP/RCS files) are not supported for linking in Revit through the Desktop Connector.

3. The Autodesk Desktop Connector doesn’t allow sending clickable links to files in File Explorer; the links only direct to the user’s local folder.

4. There’s no option to add additional attributes, like descriptions, to files in the File Explorer.

5. The visual quality (materials, graphics, details) of models in the ACC viewer is worse than in the Autodesk Online Viewer.

6. There are no security settings for shared views in Autodesk Online Viewer - anyone with the link can access the model Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
